🇱🇧 A major Lebanese WhatsApp channel called me out for posting Apple Maps REMOVING Lebanese villages names south of the Litani. They claimed they “confronted” and “informed” me, this is false. I haven’t received a single communication from anybody affiliated with them. They claimed the villages are removed because of a lack of mapping in Lebanon, I have attached google maps to this message to show you the names mapped. Google maps has the Lebanese villages clearly mapped, proving these areas are known (obviously!) and mapped. Apple decided to remove them, I called them out.
