Attention all ETCPC contestants!
This is a crucial update regarding your arrival, accommodation, and meals for the upcoming competitions.
📍 Contest Dates & Schedule:
- Mock Contest: Thursday, August 28th
- Main Contest: Friday, August 29th
🛌 Arrival & Dormitory Information:
Arrival Time: All students must arrive on Thursday morning. This is mandatory to attend the mock contest.
Dormitory Availability:
- Wednesday: ❌ NO dormitory service will be provided.
- Thursday & Friday: ✅ Dormitory service is available for both nights.
- Departure: You may leave on Saturday morning.
🍽 Meals:
⚠️ Please Note: Cafeteria service will NOT be available. All participants are responsible for their own meals throughout their stay. Please plan and budget accordingly.
🛏 What to Bring (Essential Bedding):
To ensure a comfortable stay, please bring your own bedding, including:
- Mattress Cover (Shelter): The cloth that covers the mattress.
- Pillow Cover
- Bedsheet: The cloth we use to cover our bodies.
Please make the necessary travel and preparation arrangements to ensure you arrive on Thursday morning and have provisions for your meals.
