And then like use a funnel to pour half a cup of sugar and then shake it until the sugar is dissolved
And then add a table spoon of yeast to the bottle and shake it around
And then put the balloon on the top of the container so the gasses made during the fermentation escape to it
And after letting it sit for 7-10 days in room temp preferably you will have 8-12% abv alcohol
The measurements i gave are for 1 litre
Empty some of the juice before mixing shit in to prevent an over flow
If no balloon just put the lid on loosely enough so air can escape but not liquid as during fermentation if there is too much liquid it could lift off the cap and like ruin your alcohol
Also preferably get a clear container since when bubbling stops that means fermentation is mostly done and your alcohol is ready
Also it's methanol poisoning that makes people go blind prison wine (this recipe) doesn't generate any methanol thus you are safe
If you are really scared don't use apple juice, citrus (though the peel only has pectin) or any type of berries juice since they generate really small amounts of methanol while fermenting but it's far from something that can make one blind.
Also this type of alcohol usually tastes kinda bad but gets the job done i guess.
