This is for the mortals who fail.
Any message before this would have felt like a custom rather than something through which you can learn.
You, yes, if you are reading then read this. Failure is a process. It is a process of its own which teaches us so many things.
✓ It is the biggest learning tool as it provides insights into what actually didn't work.
✓ It helps us build resilience as we stand again after falling multiple times. And you know what, it is not always the absence of failure but the persistence through failure which determine success. Do you remember the story of Thomas Edison ?
✓ It leads to so many innovations, there will be people who will choose a new goal, a new destination and innovate their dreams, and build even better.
✓ Failures add a new perspective to your lives. And fill you with humility and empathy. It deepens our understanding of others' struggles, which enhance our ability to connect with them.
Having said it. These are the practical suggestions
✓ Normalise it.
✓ Learn from it
✓ Don't fear it. ( Those who don't start don't fail )
✓ Reset Quickly. Move on.
If you still have any queries, I will be conducting mentorship session with all of you. No matter at which stage you have failed. I am here.
