Tom Delonge discusses the nature of consciousness and it's connection to the UFO phenomenon.

He suggests that humans can tune in high or tune in low. From my experience, this is done through the practice of Golden Dawn style ceremonial magick, Raja Yoga as mastered and described by Patanjali, and Vipassana style meditation as taught in Buddhism.

Interestingly, it seems that the Golden Dawn tradition and Vajrayana Buddhism are very similar in aim and practice but with entirely different symbol sets. A noteworthy point, as laid out in Book IV by Crowley, Western Magick isn't nearly as useful unless one has been able to achieve Samadhi states of consciousness through the practice of Raja Yoga.
