I am obviously not a Vegan. We don’t have to agree on everything. But I found this man recently and see how he has done more to try and save our species than about anyone on earth. I have to say—the last two lines are how I have been feeling. Very #relatable. People scoffed and laughed when I went through hell—losing my dad being only part of it. I won’t go into the details of the hell and loss I faced after because nobody gave a shit then and nobody does now. People are glad to benefit from empathic, caring, hard-working intelligent people but can’t be bothered to hear about their troubles when they have them. It’s like we are not allowed to feel pain—when pain is one of the literal reasons we speak in the first place.

Empathic people hurt on behalf of others. Psychopaths hurt people. Sadists get thrill out of hurting people.

Ask me and I’d say I meet more psychopaths and sadists than I do loving people in this world. I love existing and look forward to leaving this cringe at the same time.
