π Our first October meeting is an autumn-themed tea party! βπͺ
That's right, we'll be discussing everything associated with the spooky season:
β¨ the aesthetic β¨
β¨ the correspondences β¨
β¨ the activities β¨
and, of course,
β¨ the recipes β¨
What do I bring to a tea party?
π Dressing in autumnal colours (shades of brown, red, orange, yellow, and green) will be appreciated :)
πΆ Meanwhile, leave the songs that remind you of autumn in the comments, and we'll play them during the meeting!

π¬ Q&A: answering your questions π¬
By attending our meetings, no registration is required.
Every Thursday in room 202, Ostozhenka, 36, if not stated otherwise.
They usually last from 6 pm to 8 pm (18:00-20:00).
Yes, but you must write to the club leader (Andrew, @silvestrig) before Wednesday morning to get a pass for the upcoming meeting. The guards are not allowed to let people in without a pass.
We discuss different topics, share our opinions, practice our speaking skills, learn to overcome social anxiety, find new friends, and have fun. Sometimes we organise events (PowerPoint Parties, tea parties, holiday celebrations, picnics) and collaborate with other MSLU clubs. The members get to be outspoken and creative, the most active ones get benefits from the university.
Culture, art, social media, education, the environment, mental health, AI, self-expression... The list goes on.
Not really, but if it's higher than B1, the communication will be easier for you. Not everyone has perfect English, and it's alright. We don't discriminate and try to support everyone.
Our form for leaving comments and suggestions: https://forms.gle/XvrbkZuGnWRtKMyq8
Try to solve the problem or stop communicating with the mean person. Let us know if it's serious.
It's not a big deal, the meetings aren't linear. We talk about new things every week. Come next time!
Our informal chat: https://t.me/+km4qXZQuVDhhOWYy
We have a working team for now, but you may still write to the club leader.
+ Personal issues:
I try to, but that's the quality of my voice. Believe me, repeating things annoys me as well.
Sorry about that, I have trouble memorising faces and often look at the ground. Just call me by the name.

Somebody was mean to me during the meeting.
Try to solve the problem or stop communicating with the mean person. Let us know if it's serious.

Our informal chat: https://t.me/+km4qXZQuVDhhOWYy
I'd like to help with the club's management.
We have a working team for now, but you may still write to the club leader.
+ Personal issues:
Can the leader speak louder?
I try to, but that's the quality of my voice. Believe me, repeating things annoys me as well.
I looked/waved at the leader, but he ignored me.
Sorry about that, I have trouble memorising faces and often look at the ground. Just call me by the name.
