Pyrrhonism was a philosophy in ancient Greece that advocated "suspension of judgement" as a way of reaching perfect bliss «ataraxia». In short, if you suspend your judgement (dogma) about anything and everything, you'll reach serenity and calmness.

The founder of this philosophy, Pyrrho, travelled with Alexander the great to India and stayed there for more than a year. There, he met with Indian philosophers (gymnosophists) and Persian priests (Magi). A lot of his ideas have an interesting resemblance with Buddhist ideas, like "the three marks of existence."

هاي جانت فلسفة باليونان القديمة، فكرتها هي أنّ الواحد "يعلّق" أحكامه على أي شي بحيث لا يحكم لصالح أي قضية ولا ضدها. بهاي الطريقة فالعقل يوصل لمرحلة الـ ataraxia أو الهدوء والسكينة.

وحدة من طرقهم الغريبة، والمثيرة للإهتمام الصراحة، هي أنّهم لما يتناقشون حول قضية معينة رح يقدّمون حجّة لصالح هاي القضية، ثُمّ حجّة ضد هاي القضية، وبهذا "يعلّقون حكمهم" تجاه القضية وما ياخذون أي موقف تجاهها.

Can you imagine the rhetorical and logical dexterity these guys have? They can present any argument for/against anything.

Most of us would disagree with the premise that technological progress is a plain disaster, but actually, many well-respected philosophers and social theorists have defended similar views.
What singles out Kaczynski, [some] would claim, is that he pushed this radically pessimistic viewpoint to its logical consequences and acted accordingly. As one of his biographers put it: “Kaczynski, in short, had become a cold-blooded killer not despite of his intellect, but because of it.”

Quite simply put, the nihilist claims that the world as it is in actual fact is other than it ought to be.
This sense of dissatisfaction with the nature of reality is evidenced in every one of the nihilists that we have so far examined. Each of them at one point or another expresses a distressed cry of discontent with the world and its constitution. Sometimes this appears as a violent and angry rage against the established order, while at other times it is evidenced as a passive and melancholy attitude of resignation.

This brings me to "Hypokalemia in DKA"

Every patient in DKA is potassium-depleted but the plasma concentration of potassium gives very little indication of the total body deficit. في اللحظة التي كان يقاتل فيها العراقيين ضد الإرهاب نيابةً عن العالم بأكمله، كانت المنظمات الدولية المختصة بحقوق الإنسان وحكوماتها حريصة على إدانة العراق ومحاسبته والكشف عن أي عمليات إعدام للإرهابيين بدون محاكمة أو أي إنتهاكات فرديّة، بالرغم من العواقب كان ذلك سلوكًا صحيحًا لأن حقوق الإنسان لا تُجزء وصونها يحفظ الجميع، ذاتها هذه المنظمات التي كانت تتباكّى على الإرهابيين - في الأمس القريب - لا نسمع لها حسًا اليوم، هل اصابها العمى امام اسرائيل؟ أم إن صكوك " إنتهاك حقوق الإنسان " لها معايير توزع بها؟ فهل صفة الإنسان تُنترع في معاييرهم من الذين لا يكونون في طابورهم؟

يعتاش الغرب على قيّم إنسانية يتعامل بها وفق ما تتطلبه مصالحه، ويعتاش من يدعي تمثيلنا بالمتاجرة بمآسينا ودمائنا وإدامتها للخطب الرنانّة والبطولات الوهمية ومكاسبها السياسيّة، إن فن المتاجرة بالموت هو ديدّن أمراء هذه الحروب، والضحايا هم من لا يجيدوه.

سوالف الإنسانية وحقوق الإنسان تُستَخدَم بالحروب لأنها سلاح قوي ومهم في دعاية الحرب:
من خلال تصريحك بأنّك دتحمي الإنسانية وحقوق الإنسان، فإنت دتنصّب روحك حامي عرض الإنسانية والمتحدث الرسمي بإسمها.
وعدوّك بما أنّه ديحارب جهة "إنسانية" ولطيفة مثلك، فأكيد رح يكون كائن متوحش لا يمت للإنسانية بِصِلة. بكلمات أُخرى، انت دتجرده من إنسانيته تمامًا وهالشي يسمحلك تلتف على حقوق الإنسان وترتكب جرائم الحرب اللي تعجبك ما دام عدوك ما يُعتَبَر إنسان بمعاييرك الأخلاقية المفصّلة تفصال. حقوق الإنسان تُمنَح فقط للإنسان، وجرائم الحرب تُرتَكَب ضد الإنسان، إذا عدوّك مو إنسان—حسب مبادئك—معناها عدوك لا عنده حقوق، ولا انت عندك جرائم حرب.

باختصار: لما توصف الحرب بأنّها صراع الإنسانية ضد وحوش كاسرة بوجوه بشرية، فهذا يمنحك مبرر أخلاقي لفعل "كلّ ما هو ضروري" للفوز بحربك هذه.
