In normal hearts, the aorta is posterior and to the right of the pulmonary artery (PA).
In CCTGA, the aorta is anterior and to the left of the PA

A person with a childish view of himself and the world would see himself as a helpless (irresponsible) agent in the world. He is more like a child, merely reacting to whatever life throws at him. Therefore, he believes he is free of all responsibility towards himself. Such person would not feel guilt, only resentment; because all the misery he feels is caused by an unjust world, people, his parents, his ex, but not himself. He hates life, because he believes it's all life's fault but not his.
