وحدة من الفرضيات تكول أن القردة العليا great apes عدها ذكاء مكيافيلي يخليها تتوقع تصرفات المقابل وبعدها تتلاعب بتصرفاته بما يخدم مصالحها.
ولهذا تطورت المزاجية moodiness عند البشر (وأعتقد حتى عند القردة العليا) لأنها غير متوقعة وعشوائية، بالتالي محد يكدر يتلاعب بيك/ج او يستغلك/ج لصالحه، لأن محد يكدر يتوقع تصرفاتك/ج... لأنج مزاجية از فاك، كارين!
