ليش الحيوانات تلعق جروحها؟

لأن اللعاب يحتوي على إنزيمات تساعد على قتل البكتيريا مثل الLysozyme (اللي يحطم الجدار الخلوي لهواي بكتيريا موجبة الغرام)، بالإضافة لعوامل مخثرة تساعد على تخثر الدم ووقف النزيف

طبعاً البشر إنتبهوا لهذا الشي (حتى قبل الطب الحديث وإكتشاف الإنزيمات) ولهذا جان يعتبر لعاب الكلب، او حتى الإنسان علاج طبي لتعقيم والتئام الجروح. بحيث انه اكو أسطورة آشورية تتحدث عن محاولة سميراميس لجعل كلب يلعق جثة الملك "آرا" أرميني علمود يرجع يعيش🤦‍♂

ويقال أنه باليونان كان يوجد بمعبد أسكليبيوس (إله الطب) كلاب تقوم بلعق المرضى والجرحى...
