اللي داشوفه حاليًا مما يسمى بـ "دعم القضية الفلسطينية" بالسوشيل ميديا (خاصة بحالة مثل ويكيبيديا العربية) هو بهواي مرات وبالدرجة الأساس moral advertising يسويه الـ public figure حتى يبيّن للآخر أنّه شخص (أو مؤسسة) "جيد" وينصر الحق ويرفض الظلم.

Moral advertising (n.)
The individual advertises his or her own moral righteousness. They signal to the other, and to the society, that they are moral characters and deeply care for justice and goodness.

Politicians and public figures do that a lot. But with the advent of social media, we all became more or less public figures and thus we all started to feel the need to advertise for our moral character.
