An incompetent person's problems are not his problems, they are his neighbor's

Because their incompetence caused the problem in the first place.

Because if they burn their own house out of incompetence, you wouldn't really expect them to fix the problem themselves? Nor would you be safe with a fire next door.

Free will is not an innate trait, and freedom of choice is not "a human right"; we are all puppets and servants for a thing or two (or a hundred). Rather, it's a skill that only a few humans develop and master. Not everyone deserves a free will, because not everyone knows what to do with it.

Prophets (in all religions) are special because the voice of the self speaks louder to them than to anyone. They need solitude because it cuts all the noise of other people and other things, so the "revelation" acts merely as a mirror and a stand-in for the voice of the self:
وكانَ جبريلُ مِرآةً رأيتَ بها
في الليلِ نورًا وفي المُستَضعَفِ الأيَدا
تَرَكتَ غارَ حِراءَ أُمّةً أنِسَت
وقد أتَيتَ له مستوحِشًا وَحِدا
هُوَ النَّبِيُّ الذي أَفْضَى لِكُلِّ فَتَىً
بِأَنَّ فِيهِ نَبِيَّاً إِنْ هُوَ اْجْتَهَدَا
