The stress-response is about preparing your body for an explosive burst of energy consumption right now; psychological stress is about doing all the same things to your body for no physical reason whatsoever. Exercise finally provides your body for the outlet that it was preparing for.

All great love is above all its pity: for it seeketh—to create what is loved!
“Myself do I offer unto my love, AND MY NEIGHBOUR AS MYSELF”—such is the language of all creators.
All creators, however, are hard.—

And if a friend does you wrong, then say: “I forgive you what you have done unto me; that you have done it unto YOURSELF, however—how could I forgive that!”
Thus speaks all great love: it surpasses even forgiveness and pity.
One should hold fast one’s heart; for when one lets it go, how quickly does one’s head run away!
