Modern love

البشر يستخدمون العرق حتى يقللون درجة حرارة أجسامهم لما يسمطهم الحر. الفكرة هي أن العرق يمتص الحرارة فيتبخر، فتقل الحرارة.

المشكلة هي أنّ لما الرطوبة تصعد، العرق يتبخر بشكل ابطأ لأن الجو يكون متشبع بالماء أصلًا. لهذا لما الرطوبة توصل 100% فأقصى درجة حرارة wet bulb (مو درجة حرارة الهواء اللي تشوفها بالأنواء الجوية) ممكن يتحملها الإنسان هي 35° تقريبًا؛ لأن أعلى من هيج العرق ما يتبخر والإنسان تصعد حرارته ورح يُصاب—عمليًا—بالحمى والوضعية تنلاص وممكن يفقد وعيه وإذا بقى بالمكان وما انخفضت الحرارة، ممكن يموت.

جو العراق يتميز بالجفاف (رطوبة منخفضة) لهذا أقصى درجة حرارة هواء يتحملها الإنسان تكون تقريبًا (48°)
