والفلسفة؛

الفلسفة هي فرضيات حول امور لا يمكن الحسم فيها بطريقة نهائية من الناحية المعرفية
ولخص الفرق بينهما بجملة واحدة
"العلم هو ما نعلم والفلسفة هي ما لا نعلم"
ولهذا السبب تمر الأسئلة باستمرار من الفلسفة الى العلم مع تطوره، اذاً حين نتحقق من الشئ ونكتشفه لا يبقى فلسفة ويتحول الى علم، وتوجد أنواع من الأسئلة التي كانت تعتبر اسئلة فلسفية ثم تمت اجابتها بتطور العلم

ويعتقد ان للفلسفة فائدتين، احدهما هي الأبقاء على التكهنات المتعلقة بالمسائل التي لا يستطيع العلم ان يتطرق لها، حيث يعتقد ان المعرفة العلمية تغطي قسماً صغيراً جداً من المسائل التي يهتم لها الجنس البشري والتي يجب ان تهمه، وتوجد العديد من الأشياء التي لها اهمية كبيرة يتكلم عنها العلم تمثيلياً، وكان لا يريد خيال الناس ان يكون محدوداً ومقتصراً على ما نستطيع معرفته حالياً وكذلك ظن ان من فوائد الفلسفة هي ايساع نظرة البشر عن العالم الى مستوى الأفتراض
والفائدة الأخرى هي ان تري للناس ان هنالك اشياء ظننا اننا نعلمها لكننا لا نعلمها وهي التي تمكننا من الاستمرار في التفكير بالأشياء التي قد نعلمها يوماً من جهة ومن جهة اخرى تمكننا من البقاء متواضعين وواعيين بكم الأشياء التي كانت تبدو كمعرفة وليست كذلك حقاً.
