تشومسكي بهذا اللقاء يطرح عليه المقدم هاي الأسئلة :
- كيف تتطور اللغة؟
- لماذا توجد لغة عامية وفصحى؟
- لماذا توجد قواعد في اللغة، ولماذا نتعلمها في المدرسة؟
- هل اللغة الوطنية/الرسمية للدول تعد ظاهرة حديثة تتعلق بالسياسة؟
أسئلة - أني أجدها جداً مهمة - يجاوب عنها تشومسكي بأفكاره الخاصة، وتصوراته، وخبرته في اللسانيات والمنطق.. بطريقة قد تصدم قناعاتنا وبديهياتنا عن اللغة وتعلمها.. لذلك هذا اللقاء أجده مهم لكل شخص حاب يتعلم لغة ما.

تشومسكي عنده فكرة الinnate language انه الأساسيات مال اللغة متأصلة بينة بشكل جيني، والى حد ما، قواعدها مكتوبة حرفياً بجيناتنا...
