1. Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a related field.

2. Experience with ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems, particularly in the Finance, Human Capital Management, Supply Chain Management Modules.

3. Familiarity with support portals and ticketing systems.

4. Good understanding of processes.

RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Monitor and manage tickets raised by clients through the support portal.

2. Act as a liaison between clients and consultants to facilitate effective communication and problem-solving.
