• Bachelor's degree required
• Master of Business Administration or equivalent preferred
💼 Work Experience:
• Minimum 5 years of active sales experience
• Strong knowledge of West African markets
• Fluent in French and English
• Valid driver's license

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Technical knowledge in Mechanics

• Long-term budget planning
• Sales performance reviews
• Customer contract management
• Territory visits
• Marketing activity planning
