Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily sales activities.
- Monitor sales performance and ensure targets are achieved.
- Train, motivate, and support sales representatives.
- Prepare sales reports and provide feedback to management.
- Maintain excellent customer relationships.
- Ensure proper stock monitoring and product availability.
- Assist in developing sales strategies to increase revenue.
Requirements
- HND, Diploma, or Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in sales supervision.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Good knowledge of customer service and sales techniques.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.

Requirements
