What is Equb Manager?
We built Equb Manager because managing an Equb can become difficult as the group grows.
Keeping track of members, contributions, payment history, contributors, and different rounds can easily turn into a pile of notebooks, spreadsheets, messages, and manual records. We wanted to make that part simpler without changing the way an Equb actually works.
Equb Manager is a digital management platform that helps Equb organizers keep their groups organized in one place. You can manage members, record contributions, follow payment status, keep contribution history, manage contributors, and keep track of each Equb round without having to rely on scattered records.
But Equb Manager is not a digital wallet, and we don't handle your members' money. The money still moves the way it always has. We simply provide the tools to help you manage the people, records, and processes around your Equb.
We also built it with real-world conditions in mind. That's why Equb Manager is offline-first, so organizers can continue working even when the internet isn't always available.

Over the next 48–72 hours, I’ll be working on some deeper technical updates and infrastructure changes behind the scenes.
So if you’re activating during these time Equb Manager espically agents during this period and things occasionally go offline, act weird, or you can’t access your account for a moment that’s expected.
As Equb Manager keeps growing, there are parts of the system that need to be reworked properly instead of just being patched as we go.
I’m taking this window to do that work and make the platform more stable for both clients and agents.
I’ll share another update once everything is fully settled.
Over the next 48–72 hours, I’ll be working on some deeper technical updates and infrastructure changes behind the scenes.
