Best mental reset I’ve learned:

If your mind is loud — Write.
If your mind is empty — Read.
If your mind is racing — Walk.
If your mind is tired — Sleep.
If your mind is sharp — Build.

🌿Why is the bamboo tree is the most fascinating tree you have ever known?🌿🌿🌿

A bamboo tree does something strange.

For 5 years after planting . Nothing grows above the ground

Looks like a failure.

But underground the roots are growing meters deep.

Then suddenly after five years it just gets 90 feet tall in 6 weeks

So Legends; what invisible work are you doing right now
that nobody sees yet?

One day......

They'll call it overnight success
