መንግሥት በየጊዜው እየጨመረ የመጣውን የሲሚንቶ ዋጋ መጨመርና እጥረትን ለመቆጣጠር ያስችላል ያለውን አሰራር ሊዘረጋ መሆኑን የንግድና ቀጣናዊ ትስስር ሚኒስቴር አስታወቀ።
የንግድና ቀጣናዊ ትስስር ሚኒስትር ገ/መስቀል ጫላ ዛሬ በሰጡት መግለጫ ከአንድ ዓመት በላይ በሚባል ደረጃ የሲሚንቶ አቅርቦት እጥረትና የዋጋ ንረት እንደተከሰተ ገልፀው ይሄም የፋብሪካዎች ከአቅም በታች ማምረትና ሌሎች ችግሮችን እንደ ምክንያትነት አንስተዋል።
ከፋብሪካው የሚመረተው ምርትም በኤጀንቶች፣ በአከፋፋዮችና በነጋዴው ከገበያ እንዲጠፋ ሲደረግ የዋጋ ንረት እንዲፈጠር መደረጉን አንስተዋል።
👉አሁን የሚወጣ መመሪያ ተግባራዊ ሲደረግ ሲሚንቶ በኤጀንቶች፣ አከፋፋዮችና በችርቻሮ መሸጫ በኩል መሸጥ እንደሚቆም ተናግረዋል።
በአዲሱ አሰራር መሰረት ሲሚንቶ እንደ ፕሮጀክቶች ክብደት ታይቶ እንደሚከፋፈል የተናገሩት ሚኒስትሩ ትላልቅ ፕሮጀክቶች ቀጥታ ከፋብሪካው እንዲያወጡና ሌሎች ደግሞ በየክልሉ በሚዘጋጁ የሲሚንቶ ማጠራቀሚያዎች በቅደም ተከተል እንዲስተናገዱ ይደረጋል ብለዋል።
ይህ የአጭር ጊዜ መፍትሄ እንደሆነና በቀጣይ መንግሥት የፋብሪካዎቹ የማምረት አቅም እንዲጨምር ለማድረግ እየሰራ መሆኑን ገልጸዋል።
ማስፋፊያ እያደረጉ ያሉ ፋብሪካዎች ቶሎ ወደ ማምረት እንዲሸጋገሩ በማድረግ የሲሚንቶ እጥረቱን እንፈታለን ሲሉም ሚኒስትሩ አመልክተዋል።
መንግሥት የሲሚንቶ እጥረቱ ችግሩ እስኪፈታ ድረስ የተለያዩ የመፍትሔ አማራጮችን እንደሚወስድም በመግለጫው ተመልክቷል።
