We act solely as intermediaries to connect you with independent Providers. If you pay upfront, we hold funds in escrow until delivery; if we or the Provider fail (and you bear no fault), you receive a full refund.

2. Payments
All payments are quoted and collected in cryptocurrency. Transactions are final. Optional third‑party escrow is available at your expense.

3. Deadlines & Delivery
Deadlines will be communicated in channel posts or DMs. You assume all risk of delay or failure caused by your actions, including but not limited to failing to supply required information or simultaneously engaging another Provider on the same case.

4. Prohibited Activities
You may not transact with us or utilize our services if your intent is to facilitate any unlawful, unethical, or fraudulent activity.

5. Data Handling
We do not retain any personal, transaction, or payment information. Any data that is temporarily processed to facilitate Deals is automatically and securely erased as soon as it is no longer needed, ensuring your privacy and full compliance with data‑deletion standards.

6. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable and will not be held accountable for any accounts/usernames/emails/etc before, during, or after any deal. Strictly guarantee on first log-in only. You assume all responsibility after this.

7. Changes
We may amend these Terms at any time by posting updates in this channel. Continued use signifies acceptance.
