In the shrine of our master Abu Dhar al-Ghafari (A)
In the name of God, the most gracious, the most merciful
In continuation of the history of the national Golan and to preserve the legacy of our fathers and grandfathers, and to protect ourselves and our national identity, on the evening of February 14, the anniversary of the glorious strike, a comprehensive mass meeting was held that included all segments of society from the four villages.
The attendees unanimously rejected the Israelization projects, most notably the volunteering of a few individuals into the ranks of the occupation army and its arms, which affects the core of our presence and Syrian identity in the occupied Golan.
Strict decisions were taken in this regard, namely:
First: We consider all those involved in the recruitment project, carrying weapons and wearing enemy uniforms, to be deceived, and we call on them to retreat and announce their return to their society within a period not exceeding a week from this day.
Second: We declare our complete rejection and disavowal of anyone who dares to betray his family and history, and engage in projects that are destructive to our society and its noble legacy.
Third: We declare the religious sanctity and social boycott of all those involved in this sinful project of accepting volunteer service in the occupying enemy army and its arms.
Fourth: The decision to boycott and excommunicate religion affects the person involved himself, and all members of his family, unless they take the initiative to publicly reject and disavow his behavior.
Fifth: We announce the closure of the people’s homes and centers in their faces, and the prohibition of participating in their funerals, praying for their dead, or burying them in our cemeteries.
Sixth: We reject any of these individuals involved in betraying their community and their families, to take any educational role in our schools, whether as teachers, guards, or workers.
Seventh: Holding full responsibility for the heads of the local councils in the four villages, for facilitating cases of conscription and naturalization and introducing a militarized nature into the education departments in our schools by bringing in military personnel and violating the sanctity of schools to brainwash our children and separate them from their authentic environment.
In conclusion, we are determined to eradicate all examples of this destructive phenomenon from our society, and not to accept it now or in the future, in line with the spirit and provisions of the national document that embodies our Syrian affiliation and identity, in order to preserve our national heritage and a secure future for our children of the younger generation.

Al-Baghdadi traveled with few guards to avoid attracting attention. Foreigners directed the thinking of ISIS and led its leadership. ISIS members left behind a large number of orphans and widows. ISIS had a dark history, it’s over, and it won’t come back.
