In the Name of Allah, the Compassionate, the Merciful
Paying heed to the sublime matter of “establishing prayer” (iqamat al-salat), and in particular, holding the National Prayer Conference, is one of the necessary and imperative measures that has taken shape in the country since the early 1370s AHS (1990s). This achievement is due to the dedicated efforts of the mujahid, people-oriented scholar, teacher of the Quran, and accomplished preacher, Hujjat al-Islam wal-Muslimeen Qara’ati (may his successes continue).
The special attention that our exalted, martyred Leader (may Allah elevate his noble station) devoted to this matter, along with his important, continuous, and emphatic recommendations in his messages to the 32 conferences held thus far, further calls attention to the importance of this course of action.
Undoubtedly, speaking or writing about prayer is a matter befitting of divine revelation and the words of the Holy Prophet (pbuh) and the Infallible Imams (pbut). The pen of someone like myself is far too humble to write anything regarding the profound depths of the spiritual teachings of prayer. However, the identity and requirements of an Islamic society, and the duties of those who serve it, particularly the Leader of the Islamic Revolution, make it necessary for me to remind myself, the people at large, and also our officials of a few points in this regard.
Prayer (salat) is one of the most beautiful of the magnificent blessings bestowed by Allah, the Glorious and Exalted. It is the supreme institution, symbol, and pillar of religion, serving as the connecting thread that allows each of us to establish a close and direct connection with the infinite and eternal divine source.
This elixir of salvation and prosperity, accompanied by the foundation of a life of spiritual purity (hayat tayyibah), serves as both a solid, continuous support and an inexhaustible spiritual reserve for human beings in the struggle against the devil within (nafs) and the devils of the world. It is also a bubbling spring of love, hope, kindness, and tranquility. The descent of blessings and an abundance of divine provisions come and increase through establishing prayer and seeking forgiveness.
However, the obligation of prayer is not merely an individual duty. According to the teachings of the Quran, establishing prayer is the first outcome and sign of righteous governance, as affirmed in the verse, “[They are] those who, if We grant them authority in the land, establish prayer…” (Quran 22:41).
This verse appears immediately after the verse containing the promise of divine assistance for those who help Almighty Allah and about their jihad in the blessed Surah Al-Hajj. This demonstrates that the establishment of prayer, which serves as a firm pillar for the remembrance of Allah (dhikr), hope, and trust in Him, plays a pivotal role in jihad, triumph, and victory on the battlefields, especially the battlefield that the Iranian nation is currently facing.
Today, as the dear people of Iran’s material means and power are more fully prepared than ever before, every member of this nation that has risen up is being addressed in this frequently repeated divine command to establish prayer (aqimu al-salat).
Furthermore, all influential individuals in society, including fathers, mothers, families, teachers, friends, professors, intellectual elites, public figures, and celebrities, as well as all culture-shaping institutions and bodies, including mosques, Friday Prayer congregations, schools, universities, Islamic seminaries, the Islamic Republic of Iran Broadcasting (IRIB), those active in cultural and social affairs, the Basij, and especially those who are in contact with adolescents and young people, bear a greater responsibility in this endeavor.

Establishing prayer in all its stages of development and levels of perfection throughout a society and country that has raised the banner of the true Islam of Prophet Muhammad (pbuh) and takes pride in Islamic governance is one of the most crucial affairs. It is an essential prerequisite for paving the way to transition from the stage of Islamic movement and Revolution to that of an Islamic society. Only after this will attaining the stage of Islamic civilization become possible.
The firm establishment and widespread, universal observance of prayer, followed by a collective effort to perform it in the best manner, are the two main pillars of the endeavor to achieve this important objective. Furthermore, helping mosques to become more active and implementing other measures aimed at increasing the quantity and enhancing the outward quality of congregational and Friday prayers are necessary preludes to attaining this goal. In all these respects, the role of the congregational and Friday prayer leaders is particularly significant. They must serve as a refuge for the people and be a listening and receptive ear for their concerns and grievances.
I am hopeful that, through divine grace and the special favor and prayers of our Master, Imam Mahdi (may Almighty Allah hasten his noble reappearance), our dear nation and country will be successful and their actions will be accepted in the matter of establishing prayer and benefiting from its spiritual graces and blessings.

In the Name of Allah, the Most Compassionate, the Most Merciful
Following the expulsion of the criminal American occupation forces and the other forces allied with them, we have, by the grace of Allah Almighty, emerged from a dark era in our modern history, during which this black nightmare weighed heavily upon Iraq with its military forces that desecrated our sacred land. This victory is the fulfillment of the pledge we made to the two great martyrs, Soleimani and al-Muhandis, to remain steadfast in the military option for expelling all criminal forces that brought nothing but evil and harm to Iraq. As a result, the criminal occupier was forced to sign what is known as the “Agreement on the Withdrawal of Forces” in order to save face, after being humiliated in our great Iraq through military operations and dragging the tails of defeat despite the wishes of both it and the foolish Trump. By the grace of Allah, it will likewise be forced to leave all of West Asia, and we warn against its presence on our land in any form, whether as security companies, advisers, or otherwise.
On this occasion, we affirm that treating one another as equals requires, at its minimum, that the American embassy of evil be treated like any other embassy—not as a large security and military compound that constitutes the largest embassy in the world—or, on the basis of equal treatment, that an embassy of the same size be opened for Iraq in America, the land of evil. Likewise, American dominance over Iraq’s economy and resources must be ended, and its interference in political affairs must be prevented. Iraq’s skies must be liberated from their hostile aircraft, and they must also be removed from the Iraqi borders with Syria, Jordan, and Kuwait. Rather, serious efforts must be made to liberate Iraq from this detestable guardianship that they have imposed upon it. Finally, we affirm that we will remain a strong support and backing for our brothers and loved ones in the security forces, toward an independent and prosperous Iraq that governs itself and enjoys security and stability.
Thanks to the martyrs and their patient families.
Thanks to the great Iraqi people.
Thanks to all the righteous forces that participated in achieving this great accomplishment.
Thanks to the heroic mujahideen who, through their sacrifices and steadfastness, drew the map of Iraq with dignity and pride.

Hezbollah congratulates Iraq—its religious authority, government, and people—on this great historic achievement and blessed victory marked by the withdrawal of American forces from its territory, defeated and humbled, after all their ambitions were shattered and they failed to achieve their designated goals in the face of the will of the free Iraqi people. This comes after more than two decades of invasion and occupation, along with the accompanying terrorism, hegemony, dominance, and oppression against the Iraqi people, the sowing of discord among its people, the plundering of the country's wealth, and the resulting tragedies, destruction, and suffering.
This achievement would not have been accomplished were it not for the steadfastness of the proud Iraqi people, their valiant resistance, their free and solid will, their firm determination to confront the occupation and expel it from their land, and the immense sacrifices and thousands of martyrs and wounded they offered for this cause. It is a renewed confirmation that no matter how long it takes, no matter how great the sacrifices are, and regardless of the occupier's tyranny, arrogance, hegemony, and brutality, and whatever tools of power and oppression it possesses, it will never be able to subjugate free peoples or break their will. Its fate will inevitably be decline, defeat, and downfall before the awareness of these peoples, their steadfastness, their resistance, and their adherence to their right to freedom, sovereignty, and independence.
As we congratulate Iraq on this historic event, we wish it enduring honor, elevation, and prosperity, and wish its people, leaders, and religious authorities lasting peace and success. We salute the fighters, the martyrs, and the wounded, and all the free people who, through their sacrifices and blood, paved the way for the beginning of the end of the American military presence in our region.

As we congratulate our patient Iraqi people on ending the foreign presence on Iraqi soil and taking an important step toward completing their national sovereignty, we affirm the following:
First: We believe it is only fair to extend our thanks to the Iraqi government, represented by Brother Ali al-Zaidi, for the diligent efforts and serious endeavors he undertook, which contributed to sparing Iraq from Shia-Shia fighting and preventing the country from sliding into internal strife.
Second: We declare our commitment to the agreement concluded between the concerned parties and to what was stated in the address of the Commander-in-Chief of the Iraqi Armed Forces, unless the other party violates its commitments under the signed provisions.
Third: We extend our great thanks and deepest appreciation to our brothers in the resistance across all factions who fought and made sacrifices, including those who were martyred, wounded, or detained, in confronting the American occupation of Iraq from 2003 until its departure. We remember the sacrifices made by them and their honorable families throughout the years of confrontation.
Fourth: We extend our thanks and gratitude to the Quadripartite Committee for its strenuous efforts to complete the agreement, working day and night to refine its provisions in a manner that serves the supreme interests of the country.
On this occasion, we affirm that Iraq’s sovereignty and independence of its national decision remain a fundamental objective. The coming phase requires putting Iraq’s interests first, preserving its security and unity, and protecting its internal front from anything that could return the country to an atmosphere of war and internal fighting.

Ansar Allah forces captured Dhiab, Jabal Al-Mansoura, Jabal Al-Barha, Jabal Lasbah, and Jabal Hawab in Lahij Governorate in the direction of the Gulf of Aden. Ansar Allah forces also advanced on the northern front of Al-Mudharabah in Lahij Governorate. For around eight hours, clashes and attacks by Ansar Allah forces continued around the outskirts of Taiz from the northern, eastern, and western directions. Clashes later subsided temporarily, but pressure on Taiz continued to increase, particularly amid the risk of encirclement. Other reports said clashes continued on several fronts, with Ansar Allah forces attacking Saudi-backed forces in the Han area and targeting gatherings and reinforcements of Saudi-backed forces with mortar shells in Sam’ District.
Heavy fighting was reported across northern Taiz and Jabal Habashi, with simultaneous clashes on several fronts. Fighting was reported in Al-Aqroub, Al-Shaqb, Sam’, the western and eastern outskirts of Taiz, Hifan, Ahqum, Al-Mafalis, Al-Ashbuth, Bani Umar, Al-Damdam, and Jabal Habashi. Yemeni forces launched their widest offensive since the western coast offensive against positions of Saudi-backed forces in Taiz, amid advances and the capture of important strategic areas. The supply route connecting Lahij and Taiz for Saudi-backed forces was reportedly cut after a bridge was destroyed. Arab and field sources later reported that Taiz had become completely surrounded and under siege by Ansar Allah forces, while other reports said several Saudi-backed brigades and commanders fled their positions at Haijat Al-Abd and Sam’ toward Aden after the fall of those positions.
Reports also said a large number of Saudi-backed forces were killed and wounded after their units were caught in an Ansar Allah pincer on the Saada front, with field ambulances transporting dozens of wounded survivors to hospitals. Fighting in the area was continuing. Saudi Arabia acknowledged that Yemeni armed forces directly targeted the Al-Tayba power station, putting several transformers out of service. Ansar Allah political bureau member Dhaifallah Al-Shami rejected Saudi accusations concerning the targeting of the power station in Medina, saying that Saudi Arabia had previously attempted to accuse Yemen of targeting Mecca and was now making a new accusation concerning Medina. Saudi aviation also carried out two airstrikes on a building in Al-Barh in Maqbanah District, Taiz, and three airstrikes on Sahar District in Saada.

Iranian security forces launched an operation against elements of a terrorist group in Zahedan after identifying the group’s hideout in the Manzelab area. The operation was aimed at clearing the location and confronting the terrorist elements, with further details to be announced after information was obtained and confirmed by the relevant authorities. The Public Relations office of the IRGC Quds Headquarters later said that a strong blow had been delivered to a terrorist cell in Zahedan that intended to carry out terrorist operations. The IRGC Ground Force Quds Base subsequently announced that six members of a Takfiri terrorist group had been killed and several explosive packages had been seized. Earlier reports said armed clashes between law enforcement forces and an unidentified armed group, described as terrorists or smugglers, were still ongoing.
During Police Week, Hojjat al-Islam wal-Muslimin Taeb, head of the Basij Mostazafan Organization, issued a message honoring the efforts of Iran’s Law Enforcement Command and security personnel. He said Iranian law enforcement forces had played an effective role in strengthening the country’s security, particularly along the borders, and called for vigilance, cooperation between institutions and society, and support for security personnel.
