The painful passing of the esteemed Marja of the Shi’a world, the jurist of the Ahl al-Bayt of Purity and Infallibility, Hazrat Ayatollah al-Uzma Haj Sayyid Musa Shubairi Zanjani (may his sacred soul rest in peace), has deeply saddened and grieved me, as well as all the commanders, officials, and members of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps.

That Godly scholar and devoted jurist spent his blessed life promoting the luminous teachings of the Ahl al-Bayt (peace be upon them) and engaging in sincere efforts to elevate Ja’fari jurisprudence. The scholarly and blessed presence of the late scholar in the Qom Seminary, particularly his leading of congregational prayers at Feyziyeh School and the holy shrine of Hazrat Fatima Masuma (peace be upon her), was a legacy of his revered father and a source of companionship and affection for students and scholars of the seminary.

I extend my condolences on this profound loss to the sacred presence of Hazrat Baqiyyatullah al-A’zam (may Allah hasten his reappearance), the esteemed Leader and Authority of Wilayah, Hazrat Ayatollah Imam Sayyid Mojtaba Hosseini Khamenei (may his noble shadow endure), the Grand Marja, the seminaries, his honored family, and all those devoted to the late scholar.

May Almighty God join the pure soul of this distinguished scholar with his purified forefathers, and grant his honored family patience and abundant reward, together with steadfastness, tranquility of heart, and firmness of step under the banner of Wilayah.

🏴 | Occupied Syria once again on the brink of massive domino falls

Occupied Syria is once again standing on the edge of another dangerous collapse. The past several months have been consumed by the removal and elimination of top HTS and affiliated figures through mysterious accidents, alleged heart attacks, and other unexplained incidents. Alongside this came HTS led sectarian massacres, soaring prices, widespread corruption, the disappearance of public funds and subsidies, and growing public anger that erupted into repeated protests. At the same time, the Israeli occupation continued regular artillery shelling, targeted assassinations, abductions, and restrictions across occupied Syrian territory, pushing the occupied country deeper into instability.

Last night marked another major escalation. Powerful explosions struck ammunition depots belonging to the HTS occupation regime in Al-Eis, west of Aleppo. The blasts were so intense that the Aleppo-Damascus highway was cut off, explosions were heard nearly 70 kilometers away, and rockets and shells landed across surrounding villages and towns. Reports indicate that unidentified airstrikes targeted a former Syrian Arab Army air defense missile warehouse. Among the debris was the booster section of a 57E6 missile, a component used exclusively by the Syrian Arab Army’s Pantsir air defense system. This was not an isolated incident. Since the beginning of the year, warehouses and military depots have exploded one after another in Homs, Al-Fu’ah, the Military Academy, Aleppo’s Neyrab Airport, Zardana, Baniyas, Nawa, Rif Dimashq, Ramousa, Adra Industrial Zone, Sermada, Ayash in Deir ez-Zor, and now Al-Eis. The pattern has become impossible to ignore, with former Syrian military infrastructure repeatedly being destroyed before any meaningful reconstruction can take place.

At the same time, Israeli occupation forces shelled the outskirts of Jumla and Abedin in western Daraa countryside, while another explosion in Al-Harra targeted a vehicle belonging to a security official in the Ministry of Interior. Parallel to these attacks, ISIS-2.0 operations have reappeared across Syria on a regular basis, including bombings and attacks on security targets. Even as these developments unfolded, a suicide bomber detonated himself in Manbij, adding yet another layer to Syria’s collapsing security environment.

It has become increasingly clear that the Israeli occupation is systematically preventing any reinstallation or rebuilding of military/any crucial infrastructure inside occupied Syria. Every attempt to restore strategic capabilities is met with another strike. What is equally evident is the disastrous role played by Turkey and Qatar, whose intervention is portrayed here as a project driven by geopolitical ambition rather than the interests of the Syrian people. They believed removing Assad would allow them to dominate Syria politically, economically, and militarily, but that project has instead pushed the country further into fragmentation, occupation, and endless conflict.

Turkey and Qatar imagined they would harvest strategic benefits from Syria, yet they now find themselves trapped in the very chaos they helped create. Their collaborators expected influence over Damascus, but Tel Aviv has repeatedly demonstrated that it does not tolerate any competing power consolidating itself inside Syria, even among those who believed they were serving the same broader agenda. As the belt of war expands, Turkey has begun reinforcing its own border and pushing deeper into Syrian territory out of fear that the instability it helped fuel will eventually reach its doorstep.

The old illusion that regimes aligned with America and Israel would be rewarded with stability has collapsed. The emerging model is far harsher: occupied Syria is not meant to recover, rebuild, or regain independent military strength. Any force, whether presented as an ally, proxy, or collaborator, is ultimately expendable once it has served its purpose. No regime is granted full sovereignty, only temporary utility under israeli-American model.

While you are reading this, reports continue to emerge of new explosions in Manbij and other parts of Aleppo province. The message is becoming increasingly clear: the coming days are likely to be even more dangerous for anyone attempting to keep occupying or reshaping Syria through force. Turkey, Qatar, and every external actor that participated in dismantling a nation and an ancient civilization should be held accountable for the consequences of their policies.

History continues to repeat one lesson: alliances built around American and Israeli strategic interests are often temporary, while the consequences for the countries drawn into those projects can become permanent.

Once again, the game of gambling appears to be starting, with talks and threats of bombing moving in parallel, each remaining silent while the other side speaks. At present, it cannot be said with certainty which side benefits more from this process. However, the continued emphasis on pressure against the enemy and the principle of siege for siege appears to favor Iran, particularly as it undermines Trump’s policy. At the same time, one cannot simply endorse negotiations if they amount to concessions. It remains extremely difficult to judge what is actually taking place behind the scenes. The threat of war remains real, and the situation could change or resume in any direction at any moment.

What if this pressure was deliberately planned because the measures being taken now could seriously affect Iran. What we are witnessing appears to be an attempt at all-out pressure, with the past several months bringing not only economic and political pressure but also setbacks and losses for Iran. Most recently, the pressure has expanded to the aviation sector. On September 8, the U.S. Treasury sanctioned all remaining active Iranian airlines and suspended certain aviation-related authorizations, while additional pressure has reportedly been placed on countries and companies dealing with Iranian carriers.

If this pressure continues to expand, it could become a serious problem for Iran, particularly if more countries begin restricting the landing or operation of Iranian passenger aircraft. We also have to watch closely how the countries that have stood by Iran as allies respond to such pressure under these circumstances. Will they stand their ground and weather the storm, or will the pressure prove too much and send the whole arrangement off the rails? At this stage, it is too early to tell, but their response could prove crucial in determining whether this pressure campaign gains traction or ultimately goes nowhere.

We turn to Allah with praise and thanks for granting our dear people victory and support in their blessed September 21 Revolution.

The September 21 Revolution achieved freedom and independence for our people on the basis of their faith-based identity and liberation from American hegemony.

The blessing of liberation and independence, and putting an end to the wrong course under foreign tutelage, was a great blessing and a day among the Days of Allah.

Foreign tutelage is the confiscation of freedom and independence and the great losses that result from it.

It is astonishing that some factions surrendered to foreign tutelage and accepted it, dealing with them as though they were charitable organizations.

Decision-making in Yemen was handed over to foreign tutelage, while the authority in Sana’a was merely nominal and acted as an executor of their dictates.

The official program in all fields became aligned with what the American and British sides and their allies wanted at the time.

At the military level, the enemies moved to dismantle the army despite its subordination to their authority. They also targeted everything that could be useful in confronting any external aggression.

The air force, air defense, and naval forces, despite their limited capabilities, were targeted.

The security situation moved toward complete collapse under foreign tutelage, and assassinations in Sana’a continued without interruption.

Before the September 21 Revolution, assassinations targeted security personnel, army personnel, and academics. The situation reached the point where extremists stormed hospitals.

The economic burdens imposed on the people continued despite the existence of oil and gas resources, and there was no war at the time.

Before the September 21 Revolution, foreign tutelage intervened in all the affairs of the country, and ambassadors at the time interfered in every area of state affairs.

The popular revolution restored the people’s dignity and preserved their faith-based pride. It was not a revolution driven by any external party in the world.

The enemies turned against our people and adopted a hostile position, despite the fact that our people remained committed to rights recognized for every people in the world.

The enemies conspired against our people and attempted to reassert control over them after they had been liberated from foreign tutelage.

As long as the American objective remains to control our people and turn our country into military bases for America, the problem with them and their instruments will remain.

The popular revolution came with the principle of peace and partnership, but the enemies adopted a hostile position and mobilized some people to subjugate it once again.

Saudi Arabia, with the support, supervision, and participation of America, Britain, and the Zionists, moved to carry out comprehensive aggression against our people without justification.

The Saudi regime targeted all the foundations of life in our country, and its brutal crimes constitute war crimes against humanity.

The Arab and Islamic position toward the Saudi aggression against Yemen was one of inaction, with the exception of the Axis of Jihad and Resistance and some free people around the world.

The Saudi regime revealed its Zionist character during the years of escalation in Yemen.

The Saudi regime targeted more than 2,000 mosques and targeted celebrations and mourning gatherings. We have all the documents and footage related to these crimes.

Our people confronted the aggression out of a sense of humanitarian, religious, and national responsibility to defend their land, honor, existence, and independence.

During the de-escalation period, there was an opportunity for the Saudi aggressor to reconsider its calculations and realize that it was impossible to prevail over this people and once again subjugate them to the enemies.

The Saudi aggressor took the wrong course when Yemen fulfilled its humanitarian duty in supporting Palestine, betting on the American, British, and Israeli offensive to destroy the military capabilities of our people.

Saudi Arabia opened its airports to Israeli reconnaissance aircraft to launch operations toward Yemen from its airports.

Saudi Arabia worked through the media to distort the Yemeni position supporting Palestine during the support campaign.

The living conditions of the Yemeni people have reached a catastrophic level because of the continuing Saudi blockade.

The statements announced by the Ministry of Health reflect the immense suffering endured by our people, and capabilities have reached zero.

We stand in solidarity and cooperate with the Axis of Jihad and Resistance, and we consider any attack on an Islamic country to pose a danger to the Ummah, based on our principled responsibility.

We are people with a cause and victims of one of the greatest injustices on Earth. So how can others object to our taking action against aggression and the blockade?

Those who object to our taking action against aggression and the blockade cannot accept Saudi Arabia closing its airports and preventing people from traveling.

Will those entities that express sympathy and lament for the Saudi enemy over its oil facilities and the responses of our forces accept the restrictions imposed on commercial imports, whereby goods remain in another country for inspection and examination piece by piece?

Saudi arrogance cannot be accepted, and the condition of the Saudi regime is one of occupation.

We were facing a clear and exposed project involving thousands of trucks loaded with weapons and reinforcements, under the direct command of Saudi officers.

The Saudi enemy returned to escalation by bombing Sana’a Airport and moved toward a major ground mobilization to annihilate our people.

The Saudi enemy’s program is to target our people, and it has pursued an aggressive course in every field.

Regional circumstances have kept the Americans and Israelis somewhat preoccupied, and this is a problem for Saudi Arabia, which wants everyone to participate in its aggression.

The legitimacy granted by Allah gives us the right to confront unjust aggression and an unjust blockade, and all international conventions give us the right to defend our country.

Our people moved with their armed forces, relying on Allah and driven by faith, to confront the escalation initiated by the Saudi enemy through aerial bombardment and ground mobilization.

Saudi officers are leading the forces from the Yemeni provinces to invade what remains of the homeland.

The general official trend in the region ranges between surrendering and working to serve the interests of the enemy.

As a result of the effectiveness of the Yemeni position, the Saudi enemy sought to bring America and “Israel” into a comprehensive aggression, rather than merely participating at certain levels.
