🇮🇷 | Explosions were reported across Iraq, Bahrain, and Kuwait in the early hours of September 2. In Iraq, Al Mayadeen reported bombing near Erbil and Harir airports and the Surjiya area near Aqrah, while strong explosions were reported in Sulaymaniyah. Air raid sirens were also heard at the American consulate in Erbil, followed by reports of explosions near the consulate and Erbil airport. In Bahrain, air defense activity was reported amid reports of Iranian strikes targeting American bases, with multiple explosions heard in the area. Meanwhile, very powerful explosions were reported in Kuwait, with their echoes reportedly reaching the Iraqi side.

🇮🇷❌ 🏴‍☠️ 🇯🇴 – The target of the Iranian missile barrage against Jordan turned out to be Camp Titin, a small base that houses U.S. Marine Corps in the very south of Jordan. It's the first time Iran targets the base.

Why is Camp Titin so important?

Geographically, the location of Camp Titin is very important, as it is situated at the northern end of the Red Sea, near the port of Aqaba, the Israeli port of Eilat, and a relatively short distance from the Saudi Arabian border. For this reason, it is suitable for U.S. Marine Corps exercises, protection of naval infrastructure, amphibious operations, and the transfer of equipment.

Official U.S. Navy sources have also recorded FASTCENT, a U.S. Marine rapid-reaction unit, conducting exercises at this camp. The base is particularly valuable for Marines and rapid-deployment operations.

It was reported that the targeted Camp Titin is located at a strategically important location at the northern tip of the Red Sea, near the port of Aqaba and the Israeli port of Eilat. At 21:31, it was reported that the camp is located a short distance from the Saudi border and is suitable for U.S. Marine training and the protection of naval infrastructure.

It was further reported that the Americans had attempted to deploy part of their forces at Titin, hoping that Iran did not have complete information about their presence.

🇮🇷/🏴 | U.S. aggression targets Sunni wedding in southern Iran, at least four martyred:

At least four people, including children, have been martyred and 35 others seriously injured after a U.S. attack struck a residential building where a Sunni wedding ceremony was being held in Kohestak, Sirik, Hormozgan Province, southern Iran. The bodies of children were found among the martyrs at the scene (pictured: the body of a child draped in cloth). Iran’s Deputy Governor for Security of Hormozgan said the attack targeted the residential building and wedding ceremony, with rescue teams immediately dispatched to the scene. A female victim at the wedding (pictured in video) said at least four missiles struck the house, which she said was not located near any military installation. Iranian reports also said fragments from the U.S. munition struck the wedding after a fragmentation bomb hit the area, while debris recovered from the scene (pictured: cruise missile debris) was identified in Iranian reports as belonging to an American SLAM-ER missile.
