The operation primarily focused on Erbil Governorate, with additional strikes reported in Sulaymaniyah Governorate and activity extending toward Duhok. Drones were observed across the skies of Erbil, Haji Omran, Akre, Khalifan, and Bahrka, while coalition aircraft reportedly attempted to intercept the incoming drones. Air raid sirens sounded across Erbil as multiple explosions, drone interceptions, and fires were reported.

Reported locations and frequency of targeting:

- Erbil Governorate: at least 10 reported strike-related incidents, including attacks on Kurdish terror headquarters, drone impacts, explosions, fires, drone interceptions, and continued aerial activity.

- Sulaymaniyah Governorate: 2 reported strikes, including a swarm drone attack on a Kurdish terror headquarters and smoke rising from the targeted site.

- Akre District (Duhok Governorate): 2 reported incidents, including a drone interception and continued drone activity overhead.

- Haji Omran: 2 reported incidents, with multiple drones heard flying over the area.

- Bahrka (Erbil Governorate): 1 reported drone impact.

- Khalifan (Erbil Governorate): 1 reported aerial interception attempt by fighter aircraft.

- Aqrah District (Duhok Governorate): 1 reported explosion.

The reports indicate that Erbil Governorate was the primary focus of the operation, accounting for the overwhelming majority of reported strikes and drone activity, while additional attacks and drone operations were reported in Sulaymaniyah and Duhok governorates.

Khatm Al-Anbiya Central Headquarters stated in a communiqué that the United States, in continuation of its acts of hostility and destabilization in the region and in pursuit of enforcing an illegal naval blockade against Iran, has over the past three days taken actions to threaten Iranian vessels, commercial ships, and oil tankers in our country’s coastal and territorial waters.

It added: We warn that this U.S. action is regarded as an expansion of war in the region, and as the Armed Forces of the Islamic Republic of Iran have demonstrated in practice, any threat or hostile act by that country’s terrorist army will not go unanswered and will be met with a response.
