The spokesperson for Yemen’s Ansar Allah movement denied reports that the Bab al Mandab Strait has been closed, stating that only Saudi vessels are prohibited from transiting the strait.

Mohammed Abdulsalam also stressed that the measure is a response to Saudi Arabia’s blockade of Yemen, saying that Saudi Arabia has refused to consider solutions that would guarantee the security, sovereignty, and independence of the Yemeni people.

Araghchi has been playing this game masterfully. He has mastered the art of collusive words, from giving indirect messages to the enemy before the martyrdom of Imam Ali Khamenei to recently speaking about sensitive issues such as tunnels and many other matters. He did not even mention Imam Mujtaba Khamenei and appeared noticeably less interested in speaking about him. These are among the many things you are supposed to answer for before your death.

He thinks that by accepting Trump’s demands, after He tweeted “surrender” within the same hour, Martyr Larijani would not have been assassinated. That is how perfidious he is. In a recent interview, he referred to “the opposition” when speaking about those who stood with the Leader. In several of his statements, he tried to imply that it was not him but the Leader and the SNSC who had agreed upon the ceasefire after the Twelve-Day War. Here again, he plays the same game, just as Pezeshkian yesterday claimed that the Leader wants to end the “no war, no peace” cycle through negotiations, which is a complete lie and an open misuse of the Leader’s name to justify treacherous talks.

Araghchi is sly as a fox. He knows when to throw and when to pick. First and foremost, he wants to portray those aligned with the Leader as “hardliners” (to hell with that term), extremists, and maniacs. It is a dangerous ploy. The Leader himself mentioned that he has different views regarding what has been taking place, which somehow nullifies, ideologically, whatever Araghchi and his team are doing, though practically they still have the freedom to present their solution. Time was given, and now that time is over.

So now, Mr. Araghchi and Mr. Pezeshkian, tell us: what happened to your 60-day agreement? What happened to the commitments you implemented? What happened to those blocked funds? Are they still hanging in the sky? How many more times will you lie and blame others as “the opposition” or claim that “someone is creating resentment and tensions”? Shame belongs to you for your past crimes and for whatever lies ahead.

📌 | There is a propaganda narrative that certain officials, along with their spineless minions, constantly spread everywhere. Although such statements may carry weight as a question, anyone who believes there are no answers to them is mistaken. These tactical statements clearly go against the stance of Martyr Imam Sayyid Ali Khamenei and the current Leader, Imam Mojtaba Khamenei. They repeatedly claim, “If the people think…” as though that phrase excludes the Leader himself, when in reality it includes him first and foremost.

Diplomacy in the face of American and Israeli aggression, as they practice it, has become a joke. They present only two options: either have your head crushed beneath their boots, or kneel down and lick those same boots. If there is supposedly a third option, then perhaps those coat-and-pant, belly-fed diplomats who lecture everyone in the schools of the so-called art of diplomacy should explain it. There has always been another answer, and it has always been clear: fight them with every capability and every resource you possess. Do not run after them. Do not beg them. Do not smile for them. Do not sign agreements that they never intend to honor. Keep in your mind: Deterrence and resistance are the primary pillars of Iranian security; diplomacy is at best a secondary, high-risk experiment.

The martyred Leader, whose passing sadly brought quiet satisfaction to some of these very officials, always emphasized that if war is imposed, then it must be fought. When the appropriate time comes, talks can happen, but only on terms that preserve dignity and humanity, not on the humiliating terms dictated by enemies who treat others as subhuman. Negotiation is not surrender, and surrender is not diplomacy.

You must confront the enemy and impose your own strength instead of fleeing from confrontation and attempting to sell the blood of the martyrs for temporary political comfort. That blood includes not only the sacrifices of ordinary Iranians but even the blood of the sitting Wali al-Faqih. The path has never been to exchange sacrifice for illusion. It has always been to preserve independence, resist coercion, and ensure that the sacrifices made were not reduced to bargaining chips at a negotiating table where the other side never intended to honor its word.

Yemeni forces targeted the Saudi vessel NCC MASA while it was navigating through the Red Sea. According to multiple reports, the vessel sustained direct hits, resulting in minor structural damage to its hull. Saudi state television confirmed that the ship had been targeted and suffered limited damage. An official source from the Saudi Public Transport Authority also acknowledged the attack, stating that the vessel, belonging to a Saudi company, sustained minor damage to its hull. The Saudi Press Agency later repeated the same assessment, while additional reports confirmed that the vessel was operating with its Automatic Identification System (AIS) switched on when it was struck. Explosions were also reported in the Bab al-Mandab Strait during the incident.

Shortly after the attack on the Saudi vessel, Saudi warplanes launched a widespread series of airstrikes across Hodeidah Governorate in western Yemen. Initial reports described explosions across Hodeidah as Saudi fighter aircraft flew overhead. Yemeni media reported Saudi aggression against eastern Hodeidah, while Al Mayadeen confirmed that Saudi airstrikes targeted the Port of Hodeidah. Several reports indicated that the strikes were carried out in response to the targeting of the Saudi vessel in the Red Sea. Updated reports stated that Saudi strikes targeted fuel storage tanks at Hodeidah Port as well as locations in eastern Hodeidah. At least four airstrikes reportedly struck objectives in and around the city, primarily focusing on Hodeidah Port. Additional strikes targeted facilities belonging to the Communications Corporation in Hodeidah. A worker was reportedly injured in a building affiliated with Yemen’s Ministry of Communications during the attacks. Separately, Saudi raids also targeted Kamaran Island in Hodeidah Governorate, where a woman was reportedly injured according to Yemeni and Al Mayadeen reports.

Amin Hayyan, Director of the Office of the Yemeni Armed Forces spokesperson, stated that Saudi aggression had begun targeting Hodeidah Port and warned that “they have opened the gates of divine hell upon themselves.” The Yemeni Ministry of Foreign Affairs declared that the Saudi regime bears full responsibility for all consequences resulting from its actions, adding that instead of responding to Yemen’s legitimate demand to lift the blockade, Saudi Arabia had committed a grave act of recklessness that would carry a heavy price. The ministry further stated that the Saudi attacks had transformed the principle of “tit-for-tat” into the defining characteristic of the coming phase. According to Yemen’s official Saba News Agency, citing a source in the Ministry of Defense of the Sana’a government, Yemeni air defenses forced several Saudi fighter jets to withdraw from Yemeni airspace during the operation.
