“Fight them. Allah will punish them by your hands, disgrace them, grant you victory over them, and heal the hearts of the believing people.” (Qur’an 9:14)

The criminal American regime, by imposing its will upon the monarchy of Oman, attempted once again last night to repeat a failed experiment by provoking an incident involving several vessels along what it described as an unlawful route south of the Strait of Hormuz. The attempt was halted by the decisive response of the naval forces.

In an effort to compensate for this setback, the child-killing U.S. military launched airstrikes against several coastal bases and telecommunications towers along the southern coastline. As we had promised, this act of aggression was met with an immediate and forceful response.

The brave fighters of the IRGC Aerospace Force targeted U.S. military bases. In the first phase of the response, they struck key military infrastructure and facilities at Prince Hassan Air Base in Jordan. The base’s command and control center, along with the hangars housing MQ-9 drones, was destroyed by several ballistic missiles.

Any continuation of American aggression and its repeated violations of commitments will be met with even harsher responses.

🇮🇷 | Statement by the Public Relations Office of the Iranian Army:

In response to the continued U.S. attacks on areas in the south of the country, the Iranian Army announced that it had begun drone operations several hours ago targeting a Patriot air defense system, an ammunition depot, and a radar site belonging to the U.S. military in Kuwait.

In another wave of drone strikes, the Iranian Army also targeted the communications system and a radar installation belonging to the U.S. military in Bahrain.

The Iranian Army warned that responsibility for the consequences of these actions and the resulting instability in the region rests with the American Zionist enemy. It added that if such attacks are repeated, Iran will respond with even more severe retaliation.

In response to the continued attacks by the child-killing U.S. military against the coastal bases of the Armed Forces of the Islamic Republic of Iran, the IRGC announced that, in addition to striking and disabling a second violating vessel in the Strait of Hormuz, the second phase of its retaliatory operation targeted the strategic U.S. Al Udeid Air Base in Qatar with ballistic missiles.

The base’s fighter aircraft maintenance and repair facility, along with its command and control center, was destroyed.

The IRGC warned that the American Zionist enemy should know that any continuation of its aggression will be met with even more forceful responses.
