O gentle breeze that passes by his holy resting place, carry our salām to him and bring him comfort.

We heard that all of his bones were crushed beneath the bombardment. O Allah, heal him and turn every echo of pain and wailing of visitors into the peace of Paradise.

We heard that he was buried deep beneath the earth. O Allah, heal his skin, illuminate his grave, expand his resting place, and make it a garden from the gardens of Jannah.

We heard that Sayyidah Bushra was buried alive. O Allah, protect her and surround her with Your endless mercy.

We heard that Misbah’s head was split into two. O Allah, heal him and grant him everlasting peace.

We heard that Zahra Haddad was struck directly on the head. O Allah, comfort her, heal her, and raise her among the highest ranks of the martyrs.

We heard that Baby Zahra was buried beneath the rubble of war, and that her body was burned and crushed. O Allah, embrace her with Your infinite mercy, replace every pain with eternal peace, and reunite her with her loved ones in the highest ranks of Jannah.

May Allah illuminate all of their graves, expand their resting places, accept their sacrifice, and grant them the everlasting company of the Prophets, the truthful, the martyrs, and the righteous.

✅ | The day those asking for head-for-head revenge are labeled as extremists will be the day Iran begins to fail.

It was Imam Sayyid Ali Khamenei who commented on Sayyid Hasan Nasrallah’s statement when he said that the shoes of Shaheed Soleimani were worth more than the head of his killer [Trump]. The Imam remarked that this was true, but that head-for-head was also the rightful form of revenge and that it must be taken.

If, today, those calling for head-for-head revenge are termed extremists, then it is an insult against Imam Sayyid Ali Khamenei. The 43 million funeral was the referendum proving that head-for-head is the basic demand of revenge. If the Pezeshkian-Araghchi nexus wants to remain silent in the name of international laws, which infact allows it, then it must be understood that the ideals of Islamic revolution are being compromised.

In reality, those who are trying to silence these voices are the real extremists, because they have crossed the lines of the Rahbari by contradicting his command. Calls for killing the enemy must be chanted day and night.

🇮🇷 🇮🇷 | Statement by the Leader of the Islamic Revolution, Imam Ayatullah Sayyid Mujaba Husayni Khamenei, on the occasion of the magnificent funeral procession of the martyred Imam, Sayyid Ali Khamenei (r), in Iraq and Iran

In the Name of Allah, the Most Compassionate, the Most Merciful

Peace be upon you, O Avenger of Allah and the son of His Avenger, the forsaken one whose blood remains unavenged. Peace be upon you, and upon your grandfather, your father, your mother, your brother, and the infallible ones from among your descendants.

Peace be upon the Imam whose life giving uprising carried the resounding echo of the Prophetic mission into the farthest depths of history, from which emerged the Islamic Revolution in Iran, a revolution that was Husayni from its very foundation and was built and elevated upon the slogan and path of Imam Husayn (A). The martyr of Iran was likewise raised upon this path. He was Husayni, he thought in the spirit of Husayn, he acted in the spirit of Husayn, he struggled and resisted in the spirit of Husayn, he lived in the spirit of Husayn, and he offered his blood in the spirit of Husayn for the sake of the school of Imam Husayn, thereby attaining martyrdom.

Among the followers of Husayn are men whose blood, when unjustly shed for the sake of Imam Husayn and for his school and path (peace be upon him), causes the Islamic Ummah to rise, joining that time with Ashura and that place with Karbala. Today, that very Husayni epic has awakened our people and bestowed a new manifestation upon the school of the great Imam Khomeini and the martyred Imam Khamenei. This is the very epic that breathes life. It is the echo of the oppressed cry of Imam Husayn (peace be upon him), the call of, "Is there anyone to help me?" which resounds first in Iran, then in Iraq and throughout the rest of the countries, shaking falsehood to its foundations.

On this occasion, I must also express my deepest gratitude and appreciation to the tens of millions of people who made their astonishing, enemy breaking, and historic presence known throughout the cities and villages of Iran and Iraq, especially in Tehran, Qom, Najaf, Karbala, and Mashhad.

Our people call for vengeance for the blood of Imam Husayn (A). For many years this great nation has offered its sons in sacrifice for the sake of Imam Husayn (A), in the war against the enemies of Husayn and against those hostile to Husayni honor. Today as well, it demands vengeance for his blood and for the blood of the Husaynis of this age.

Now I address our martyred Imam and say:

O oppressed martyr, O noble oppressed one, O righteous servant of Allah, as we bid farewell to your body with tearful eyes and broken hearts, we pledge to preserve your school, to steadfastly follow the straight path that you drew for us, never to fear the hardships of this path, and to bind our hearts, as you did, to the divine glad tidings and promises.

We also pledge that we shall avenge your pure blood and the blood of all the martyrs of these two wars from the disgraceful criminal murderers. This vengeance is the demand of our people, and it will inevitably be fulfilled. Those criminals, whose names are fully known from the first to the last, will carry with them to their graves the wish that they might die peacefully in their beds. They must know that this matter does not depend upon my existence or upon the existence of any other officials. Whether we remain or not, this promise will be fulfilled, and soon the free people of the world will each carry out a portion of this divine mission.

O martyred father of the nation, blessed are you for finally tasting the sweetness of martyrdom that you had long desired throughout your life. Blessed are you for being clothed in the garment of martyrdom with a body bearing the marks of your mother, al Zahra al Tahira, your grandfather Aba Abdillah al Husayn, and Abal Fadl al Abbas (peace be upon them all). And to your oppressed companions who were struck by the enemy in a treacherous attack and attained martyrdom, glad tidings to you, for you are now guests of that Master whose mercy and kindness you perhaps experienced time and again. That Sayyid who is the gate of Allah's mercy for all, especially for the people of these lands, is now your host, and his secure presence has become your dwelling place.

O exalted Master, O noble one, O compassionate Imam, O Aba al Hasan al Ridha al Murtadha, upon you be the finest blessings of Allah. Into this sacred soil is now laid the torn body of one of the servants of your holy presence and of the Pure Household, after years of tireless effort, struggle, and continuous jihad. Alongside him are the bodies of martyrs from his own family, each reminding us of one of the martyrs of the plains of Karbala. Here they shall rest until the day when, by the command of Allah, the Remaining Proof of Allah (may Allah hasten his noble reappearance) emerges like the radiant sun from behind the clouds of occultation, spreading the light of divine mercy across the inhabitants of the earth. On that day, which we pray is very near, he, may Allah hasten his reappearance, will be accompanied by stars among the truthful, the martyrs, and the righteous. We hope that our martyred Sayyid will be among them, once again portraying scenes filled with jihad and faithfulness to the covenant of "Am I not your Lord?" Perhaps these very companions will accompany him on that day as well.

O my compassionate Master, we entrust to you our Sayyid who gave everything he possessed for your sake, together with his martyred companions, so that they may be honored by your kindness and care. Just as they enjoyed the blessings of your grace during their worldly lives, may they from this moment onward receive it in a far more complete and exalted manner.

In conclusion, we once again offer our condolences to our Master, the Remaining Proof of Allah (may Allah hasten his noble reappearance). We pray to that Merciful Master that he include the Chief Martyr of Iran, his martyred companions, and all the martyrs within his blessed supplications, that he ask the Almighty (Glorious and Exalted is He) to grant them the highest ranks, to bestow patience and reward upon their families, and to grant the oppressed Iranian people a decisive and near victory, Allah willing.

These criminals, whose names are recorded from the first to the last, will carry with them to their graves the unfulfilled wish of dying peacefully in their beds. They must know that this matter does not depend on my presence or on the presence of any other officials.

Whether we are here or not, this promise will be fulfilled, and soon free people throughout the world will each carry out a part of this divine mission.

Indian regime supported Journalist Geeta Mohan: Is there a succession plan for the Supreme Leader, and will there be a day when there is a separation between the clergy and the civilian dispensation?


Araghchi replied:

Well, we have a mechanism in our constitution. There is an Assembly of Experts that, whenever needed, will elect a new Supreme Leader for the country — exactly as happened after the passing of the late Ayatollah Khomeini. In less than 24 hours they elected a new leader. That would happen whenever needed, so we have no problem with that. I have seen in US media and others that there is talk about assassinating the leader and such things. But this is a system where everybody would be replaced through a very well-established mechanism within the system itself. Nothing would go wrong.

Our system is not dependent on individuals — it is a system supported by the people. Just a few days ago, on the 47th anniversary of our revolution, a huge number of people came to the streets in our cities in support of the Islamic Republic of Iran. The number was even bigger than last year, because this year people felt that there are threats, so they came out to play their role. So I am not worried at all. Just as top commanders were immediately replaced in the middle of the war and nothing fell apart, and we were able to continue our self-defense, I'm sure that if anything like that were repeated, the system would carry on without a problem.
