1) Secretary General of Al Nujaba: Attending the Funeral of the Martyred Leader Is No Less Than Fighting on the Battlefield

The Secretary General of Iraq’s Al Nujaba Islamic Resistance Movement issued a statement describing the large public participation in the funeral procession of the “martyr of the Ummah” as equal in significance to fighting on the battlefield of jihad. He stressed that the massive turnout would serve as a powerful response to what he described as the conspiracies and crimes of the United States and Israel.

The statement said:

“Participating in the funeral procession of the pure body of the martyred leader, Sayyid Khamenei (Quddisa Sirruh), who was martyred at the hands of the Yazid of this era, America and Israel, and returned to his Lord, is no less than fighting these vile Zionists on the battlefields of jihad. Your millions-strong presence will be a thorn in the eye of the oppressive enemy, and your chants of ‘Death to America’ and ‘Death to Israel’ will be arrows of truth directed against their conspiracies, lies, and crimes.”

2) IRGC Navy Commander: Divine Revenge Against America and Israel Is Not Far Off

Rear Admiral Alireza Tangsiri, Commander of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps Navy, issued a message stating:

“I, together with all the courageous fighters of the IRGC Navy and the guardians of the strategic Strait of Hormuz, pledge before God that by following the ideals of the martyrs, we will continue the path of the martyred leader of the Ummah with strength and steadfastness. We firmly believe that divine revenge against terrorist America and the illegitimate Zionist regime is not far away, and that the banner of truth will remain raised on the summit of honor and power by his rightful successor and the Imam of our time.”

The statement continued:

“Today, we do not merely mourn the heartbreaking loss of a distinguished figure who was martyred by the most wicked and depraved people on earth. They were blind-hearted individuals who feared his spiritual authority, the firmness of his words, and the power of his analysis. Unable to endure the radiance of his faith and insight, they committed a brutal crime.

These blind-hearted oppressors and their trained agents should know that through this desperate act, they have not obstructed the path of truth. Rather, they have further disgraced themselves among the most wicked figures in history, before divine justice and in the face of the nation’s overwhelming anger and severe revenge.”

3) IRGC Navy Commander: We Renew Our Allegiance to His Ideals

In another message, Rear Admiral Alireza Tangsiri emphasized:

“I, together with all the brave fighters of the IRGC Navy and the guardians of the strategic Strait of Hormuz, pledge before God that by following the ideals of the martyrs, we will continue the path of the martyred leader of the Ummah with strength and perseverance. We firmly believe that divine revenge against terrorist America and the illegitimate Zionist regime is not far away, and that the banner of truth will remain raised by his righteous successor and the Imam of our time.”

The message further stated:

“Today, we are not bidding farewell. Rather, we are renewing our pledge to his ideals, his steadfastness, his faith, and the path that extends from his heart toward the bright horizons of the future.

That righteous servant and fighter in the path of God devoted his life to reviving truth, defending the dignity of the Islamic Ummah, and safeguarding the lofty ideals of pure Muhammadan Islam. With faith, insight, and determination, he stood against the front of disbelief and global arrogance and inscribed his name among the history-making men of this land.

Today, we mourn the painful loss of a distinguished figure who was martyred by the most vile and depraved people on earth. They feared his spiritual authority, the strength of his words, and the power of his judgment. Unable to endure the brilliance of his faith and insight, they committed a savage crime. These blind-hearted forces of arrogance and their cultivated agents should know that this desperate act has not created any obstacle in the path of truth. Instead, it has exposed and condemned them even further before divine justice and in the face of this nation’s fierce anger and severe retribution.”

4) Representative of the Supreme Leader in the IRGC Issues Message to Commanders, Guardsmen and Basij Members

Hojjat al-Islam wal-Muslimeen Dr. Haji Sadeghi stated:

“The Islamic Revolution has always been the strongest arm of the Guardianship and the frontline fortress of the Revolution. Today’s commanders and officials, like the martyred commanders, Guardsmen and Basij members before them, have never doubted their duty in serving the Guardianship, nor have they retreated, and they never will.

Under the current circumstances, when the defeated enemy and the front of global arrogance have become trapped in helplessness before a united, determined, and resolute Ummah and the fighters loyal to the Guardianship, they are attempting to weaken the Islamic system’s greatest source of strength, namely the unwavering determination and sacred unity of the Islamic Ummah. Therefore, understanding one’s divine and revolutionary duty with insight has become even more important.

Accusing officials, whom the Leader has described as sincere, well-intentioned and hardworking, of treason, or rejecting as invalid an agreement that our Leader himself has authorized, does not constitute loyalty to the Guardianship. Rather, demanding that officials fulfill the commitments they have made to the Leader and strengthening preparedness to confront global arrogance are examples of righteous action and reflect the Leader’s expectations.”

5) Popular Mobilization Forces: Preparations Complete for the Funeral Ceremony

The Deputy Chief of Staff for Operations of Iraq’s Popular Mobilization Forces (PMF), Yasser Hussein Al Issawi, announced the completion of organizational preparations for the funeral ceremony of Grand Ayatollah Sayyid Ali Khamenei (Quddisa Sirruh), scheduled to take place next Wednesday in the provinces of Najaf and Karbala.

Speaking to the media, Al Issawi said that his visit to Najaf was aimed at reviewing the organizational and service plan prepared by the Middle Euphrates Operations Command. The plan involves the participation of various PMF formations, including command units, directorates, intelligence and security agencies, medical teams, support units, and several brigades assigned with organizational and logistical responsibilities.

He added that the plans cover both Najaf and Karbala and were developed in coordination with PMF formations, security forces, and the relevant authorities. Alternative organizational and service plans have also been prepared to ensure the smooth conduct of the funeral ceremonies. He emphasized that these preparations reflect a high level of readiness and the extensive resources allocated to ensure the event’s success.

Al Issawi further stated that the funeral ceremonies represent a message of loyalty to the blood of those martyred as a result of what he described as the Zionist-American aggression. He added that Iraq is honored to host the event and welcome participants, given what he described as the significant religious and Islamic standing of the late Sayyid Ali Khamenei.

🇱🇧: 🇮🇷 | Lebanese Sunni scholar: Imam Khamenei turned the Resistance into a global discourse

Sheikh Ghazi Hanineh, Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the Gathering of Muslim Scholars in Lebanon, said that the martyred leader of Iran redefined the concept of the Islamic Ummah beyond sectarian boundaries and transformed the Resistance from a purely military approach into a broader movement encompassing culture, media, economics, and diplomacy. He added that Khamenei’s legacy now has supporters across the world.

Referring to the issue of Islamic unity, Hanineh said that one of Ayatollah Khamenei’s defining characteristics was his belief in the necessity of bringing Muslims together and working to prevent division among them.

🇮🇷: 🇮🇷 | Funeral prayer for Imam Khamenei to be held Sunday morning:

The official Media Office of the Funeral Committee for the martyred Leader of the Islamic Revolution, Imam Sayyid Ali Khamenei (r), has announced that the funeral prayer over the pure body of the martyred Imam and his family will be held on Sunday at 6:00 a.m. (local time) at Imam Khomeini Musalla in Tehran.

The Central Committee for Commemorating the Martyrdom of Grand Ayatollah Imam Sayyid Ali Khamenei (r) had previously announced that farewell ceremonies would take place on Saturday, July 4, and Sunday, July 5 (corresponding to 19 and 20 Muharram) at Imam Khomeini Musalla in Tehran.

The funeral procession will begin in Tehran on Monday, July 6, continue in Qom on Tuesday, July 7, and conclude in Mashhad on Thursday, July 9 (24 Muharram), where the pure body will be laid to rest in the shrine of Imam Ali al Ridha (A).

Farewell ceremonies for the martyred leader will also be held in Najaf and Karbala, Iraq, on Wednesday, July 8.

The funeral procession in Qom is scheduled to begin on Tuesday, July 7, at 5:00 a.m., starting from the holy Jamkaran Mosque.

🇮🇷: 🇮🇷 | Iraq forms high-level committee for farewell ceremonies, spokesperson says:

Attarzadeh, spokesperson for the committee organizing the farewell ceremonies for the “Martyred Leader of Iran,” said:

The Iraqi government has formed a high-level committee chaired by the Prime Minister to coordinate arrangements. The Prime Minister’s Chief of Staff has been appointed to oversee the ceremonies at the holy shrines in Iraq.

He said the international response and public devotion to the martyred leader were so significant that people in southern Iraq, particularly Basra, as well as Shia communities in Pakistan and Egypt, requested to host funeral processions in their own countries. According to Attarzadeh, this was not possible due to time constraints.

He added that large-scale mourning ceremonies held simultaneously in Kargil, Kashmir, India, Afghanistan, and Türkiye demonstrated what he described as the martyred leader’s deep place in the hearts of people as the leader of the Muslim Ummah and a figure who challenged Western dominance.
