Among those present are delegations of cultural figures, media personalities, and activists from Spain, Brazil, Argentina, Colombia, Ecuador, Bolivia, Nicaragua, China, Russia, Syria, Türkiye, Algeria, and Tunisia.

The Speaker of the Iraqi Parliament, Mahmoud al-Mashhadani, has also arrived alongside an official parliamentary delegation, while another Iraqi political and parliamentary delegation, accompanied by senior leaders of the Popular Mobilization Forces (PMF) and various resistance factions, is participating in the mourning ceremonies.

In addition, a distinguished group of scholars, intellectuals, and influential figures from across the Islamic world, representing countries including Malaysia, Lebanon, Afghanistan, Norway, Pakistan, Russia, Tunisia, Senegal, India, Mexico, China, Syria, Türkiye, and Algeria, has paid tribute to the martyred Leader of the Islamic Revolution.
