The clashes took place between forces of the Kurdistan Democratic Party of Iran (KDPI) and the IRGC.

According to Iran’s Cultural Attaché in Iraq, the blessed body of the Martyred Leader will arrive at Najaf International Airport on the evening of Tuesday, 7 July. Following an official reception attended by Iraqi officials, the funeral procession will begin in Najaf on the morning of Wednesday, 8 July, at 6:00 a.m., proceeding from Kufa to Thawrat al-Ishreen Square.

Later that day, at 4:00 p.m., a second funeral procession will be held in Karbala, beginning from Abu Mahdi al-Muhandis Street and proceeding toward Bayn al-Haramayn.

The program will also include the ceremonial circumambulation of the blessed body within the shrines of Imam Ali (A), Imam Husayn (A), and Hazrat Abbas (A), along with special devotional ceremonies.

According to the spokesperson, the public farewell ceremony will begin at 8:00 a.m. on Friday and continue until approximately 12:00 p.m., with the participation of large numbers of mourners and public delegations.

An official ceremony for foreign dignitaries will follow at around 2:00 p.m., attended by senior officials and political figures from around the world.

Iran expects to host representatives from approximately 100 countries, including heads of government, speakers of parliament, foreign ministers, special government envoys, and numerous other political, religious, and public figures.

🇾🇪 | Yemen is preparing for war again, and israel is entering the battlefield:

Yemen is no longer preparing for an internal tribal confrontation alone. Ansar Allah appears to be mobilizing for the possibility of a much broader war, one that could involve Saudi Arabia directly and israel indirectly through the Red Sea and the Horn of Africa. The military buildup in al-Jawf, the escalating rhetoric from Ansar Allah officials, Saudi-backed tribal mobilization, and israel’s expanding footprint around Somaliland all point toward a rapidly developing regional war.

Over the past two weeks, thousands of tribal fighters have gathered in al-Rayyan in Yemen’s northern al-Jawf Governorate after Sheikh Hamad bin Fadgham of the Bakeel tribal confederation called for mobilization while reportedly being held by Ansar Allah. The call was linked to the case of Samira al-Zubairi, who has been identified by some reports as Mira Hussein, a daughter of former Iraqi President Saddam Hussein. According to Sheikh Fadgham, nearly 8,000 tribal fighters have responded. Ansar Allah has answered with its own military deployments, transforming al-Jawf into one of Yemen’s most heavily militarized frontlines.

Ansar Allah’s leadership is making no attempt to hide its expectations. Deputy Information Minister Ahmed Al-Shami openly declared that “the battle is coming,” while attacking Saudi-backed tribal leaders and praising Ansar Allah’s military campaign in support of Gaza. Such statements are not ordinary political speeches. They are preparation for war, directed both at domestic audiences and at regional adversaries.

Saudi Arabia’s role cannot be separated from these developments. Although Riyadh reduced direct military operations in recent years, Saudi-backed tribal forces are once again organizing along Yemen’s northern front. From Ansar Allah’s perspective, this is not simply a tribal dispute. It is viewed as the possible reopening of the Saudi front at a time when Yemen is already confronting israel in the Red Sea.

Even more significant is israel’s growing interest in the Horn of Africa. Reports indicate that military-related equipment, including advanced communications systems with intelligence applications, was recently sent to Somalia. At the same time, israel and Somaliland have announced plans to deepen diplomatic engagement, including the opening of a Somaliland diplomatic mission in occupied Jerusalem.

For israel, Somaliland offers enormous strategic value. Positioned directly across the Gulf of Aden from Yemen, it overlooks the Bab al-Mandeb Strait, one of the world’s most critical maritime chokepoints. Establishing intelligence, surveillance, or logistical infrastructure there would allow israel to monitor Yemeni military activity, protect shipping routes, gather intelligence on Ansar Allah operations, and prepare for future military operations across the Red Sea.

The Bab al-Mandeb has become one of israel’s greatest strategic vulnerabilities since Ansar Allah entered the Gaza war. Yemeni missile and drone operations, together with attacks on israeli-linked shipping, have demonstrated that israel’s southern maritime lifeline can be threatened. By strengthening its presence in Somaliland, israel is attempting to create a forward observation and intelligence platform capable of countering Yemen’s growing regional influence and reducing the effectiveness of any future closure of the Bab al-Mandeb.

Ansar Allah has already drawn this conclusion. Abdul-Malik al-Houthi warned only days ago that Yemen would not remain passive in the face of Zionist expansion into Somaliland. From Sana’a’s perspective, israeli activity there is not diplomatic. It is military positioning. A Zionist presence directly across the Gulf of Aden represents an intelligence threat, a surveillance threat, and potentially a future operational threat against Yemen itself.

Taken together, these developments suggest that Yemen is preparing for more than another round of fighting.

The martyrdom of the Leader of the Nation, the Imam of the Ummah, the mujahid, and the revered Commander of the Islamic Revolution, His Eminence Grand Ayatollah Sayyid Ali Hosseini Khamenei (may Allah be pleased with him), that great man of patience and resistance, at the hands of the vindictive enemies, criminal America, and the usurping Zionist regime, has brought immense sorrow to the hearts of the Iranian nation, Muslims around the world, and all free people.

The sworn enemies of the Iranian nation believed that, through this crime, they could break the will of the Iranian people and sever the spirit of resistance from this land. However, not only did they fail to achieve their sinister objectives, but they were met with a nation more united and determined than ever before.
