Around three hours ago, a series of American aggressions unfolded across southern Iran and the Persian Gulf. Multiple explosions struck the area of Tahroui village in Sirik after several projectiles hit a telecommunications tower. At the same time, several projectiles impacted the Mesen village area in Qeshm County. Explosions were also heard in Bandar Lengeh and Bandar Kangan in Hormozgan Province.

Air defense systems were activated across Bahrain as tensions rapidly escalated. An oil tanker escorted by the United States Navy reduced its speed from 14 to 12 knots while transiting the region, an unusual maneuver for that route. The slowdown came after Iranian forces reportedly fired a projectile toward the vessel shortly before the subsequent escalation.

In retaliation, Iran launched strikes against American military positions in the Persian Gulf. Sheikh Isa Air Base in Bahrain was targeted with multiple Iranian drones and ballistic missiles, while Ali Al Salem Air Base in Kuwait came under ballistic missile attack. Warning sirens sounded across Kuwait as the strikes unfolded, placing military installations throughout the region on high alert.

A second wave of missile strikes followed shortly afterward, targeting Bahrain once again. According to the latest information, one missile impacted Sheikh Isa Air Base in Bahrain, one missile impacted Ali Al Salem Air Base in Kuwait, and two Iranian drones precisely struck the Kuwaiti base.

Any potential new aggression by the enemy for any reason, even if it is similar to last night's attacks on unimportant targets, will have a devastating response.

The enemy must know that violating the ceasefire is contrary to Paragraph 1 of the Islamabad Memorandum of Understanding and will lead to a complete halt in negotiations.

Unconfirmed reports indicate that a large number of Iraqi political figures have been arrested in Baghdad’s Green Zone and other parts of the capital. Rumours also claim that a former Prime Minister and several of his close aides are among those detained.

Some reports have alleged that the arrests followed the thwarting of an attempted coup. However, initial updates suggest that those detained were arrested on warrants issued by the Iraqi judiciary rather than in connection with a coup attempt.

🇮🇷 | Iran’s Assembly of Experts:

In a critical letter to government officials, signed by 62 out of 86 members of the country’s highest clerical body, the Assembly calls upon the negotiators to respect the Leader’s red lines. The statement is as follows:

1. We urge that, considering the experiences of past damaging negotiations, the negotiators will be extremely careful of the tricks of the deceitful and evil enemy and pay attention to the fact that observing the Leader’s red lines is a religious obligation and violating them is not permissible under any circumstances.

2. We emphasize the need to pursue revenge for the martyrdom of our dear Leader, and that Trump and Netanyahu must face justice by any means necessary.

3. Any breach of the MoU must be responded to immediately. Therefore, considering the continuation of ceasefire breaches by the Zionist regime in Lebanon, and the failure to withdraw from the occupied territories, the opening of the Strait of Hormuz is contrary to the obligations of the officials and is considered a major strategic mistake, and will only embolden the enemy to continue its breach of the agreement.

4. We remind you again that according to the obligatory guidance of the Supreme Leader, the country's nuclear rights should not be discussed nor disputed, and should be completely excluded from the negotiations.

5. Establishing management over the Strait of Hormuz, receiving compensation for war damages, the release of frozen assets, lifting all sanctions, and the withdrawal of U.S. forces from the region are inviolable demands of the Supreme Leader and the people, and they must be pursued. Any negligence in this regard will be met with a fierce reaction of the nation.

6. Officials should avoid any statements that cause the enemy to become more arrogant and makes the country appear weak and helpless. Especially since the resistance of our self-sacrificing warriors has driven the arrogant America to despair, no statements should be made that suggests the country’s weakness or helplessness.

7. Everyone, especially the esteemed government officials, knows that in the system of Wilayat Al-Faqih (Guardianship of the Jurist), the opinion and perspective of the Leader is the final word, and when informed of his definitive opinion, no official can or should act contrary to his opinion.

8. Based on all evidence, the enemy is merely seeking an opportunity to deploy additional forces and buy time for some matters, including the upcoming Midterm elections. After that, there will be a high probability of a new attack, and the issues raised in the MoU should be resolved within the stipulated 30-day and 60-day deadlines.

9. We ask the dear nation to continue their steadfast presence on the streets, and while preserving sacred unity and avoiding any action that disrupts this unity, they should not pay attention to the divisive words of some ignorant people who seek to limit this divine mission. The presence of the people is essential and decisive as long as the Supreme Leader deems it necessary.

10. The Asssembly of Experts, as humble servants and part of the people, will remain with the esteemed Leadership and the entire nation, while wishing success to the respected government officials, awaiting the fulfillment of the conditions and promises, and will fulfill their religious duty when necessary.

✅ | In our experience of decades, we have never seen anything like this, where the Leader of the Revolution released an open letter to confirm that he did not share the same view as the negotiating team. This was followed by senior Shia scholar Ayatollah Seifi Mazandarani directly issuing a letter to the President, and now the Assembly of Experts, which holds the highest constitutional authority in the nation and the highest religious authority in this regard within the Shia system. The Assembly of Experts is the body that appoints the Leader of the Revolution and possesses the authority to remove him. This is an open warning to all those who are still worshipping the Araghchi nexus in the name of their foolish ideals and fantasies surrounding their political stunts.

The issuance of such a letter from the Assembly of Experts is a major blow to the entire Pezeshkian government and requires little further explanation as to the message it is conveying. We have never witnessed such a direct intervention before. Yet those who continue worshipping the negotiators will still oppose this. In doing so, you stand against the Leader, against the honourable Assembly, and against the very institutions you claim to defend. It was you, before anyone else, who disregarded the Leader’s commands and also played the principal role in the martyrdom of the Leader. That reality is now becoming increasingly clear.

We also supported the idea of negotiations and maintained respect for the negotiating team until the Leader’s position became clear. However, now that their conduct continues to contradict what they assured the nation, we stand completely against them. If they continue misleading the people and failing to fulfil what they promised, we will hold them accountable as well. No matter whether it is Araghchi, Qalibaf, Baqaei, Marandi, or the armchair cheerleaders sitting on Twitter, no one is above criticism.

And if you do not understand the weight and constitutional position of the Assembly of Experts, then you were never part of this discussion in the first place. Go somewhere else and cover Russia, Ukraine, or the garbage World Cup. We have seen some people accusing us in groups and elsewhere of working for the enemies. Keep believing that if you wish, but the reality is the opposite. It is you who are serving the enemies while pretending otherwise.

From today onwards, keep this in mind: there is nothing in the name of an agreement. It will collapse because there is nothing left. The Pezeshkian government is in contact with America, and they are betraying the nation at the highest level. The nation must rise before it is too late and the situation becomes even more disgraceful.

See how easily the “revenge of the Leader” has been removed from the government’s agenda. There is no mention of him anymore. Instead, only emotional narratives of the minab massacre are repeatedly promoted by the traitors to keep the public occupied and to make them continue believing in them.

keep this in mind: on the nuclear issue, they are acting against the Leader’s command, who had said there would be no discussion on this matter. Yet they met with Grossi and are opening such files as well. This is a clear violation of the line set by the Leader, and the nation must be aware of where these moves are leading.

See how easily the nuclear issue has been brought back onto the agenda by those who claim to serve the country. Instead of respecting the Leader’s position, they continue to pursue meetings and file openings that only deepen suspicion and confusion.

Consequently, if officials knowingly continue policies or negotiations that contradict the Leader’s declared position, they risk being viewed as acting outside the framework laid down by the system itself.

Point 8 expresses deep institutional distrust toward the enemy’s intentions. Rather than viewing negotiations or memorandums as genuine peace efforts, the Assembly states that they are likely intended to buy time, reorganize military capabilities, and navigate political developments such as the upcoming American midterm elections. The statement therefore warns officials against treating such agreements as strategic victories and instead urges preparation for the possibility of renewed military confrontation within the specified timeframes.

Point 9 shifts responsibility to the public, encouraging citizens to maintain their presence and unity while rejecting voices that attempt to discourage public mobilization. At the same time, it makes clear that such public action remains tied to the direction of the Supreme Leader. This reflects the Assembly’s position that national unity and public mobilization remain essential elements of the country’s defensive strategy.

Finally, Point 10 places the Assembly of Experts itself into the discussion. Rather than remaining a passive observer, it declares that while it wishes success for the government, it is awaiting the fulfillment of official promises and conditions and will perform its religious duty whenever necessary. This is perhaps the most politically significant section of the statement because it indicates that the Assembly is not offering unconditional political cover to the executive branch. Instead, it signals continued oversight and reserves the right to intervene if it concludes that officials have failed to meet their obligations.

Taken together, these points amount to a strong institutional message, but for the first time they also create serious turbulence directed primarily at government officials rather than at the public or the military. If the government goes against this in the future, it will face what no government has faced before.

Another warning is directed to the fools who worship everything without knowing the scenario: stay away and stop justifying the worship of the negotiators, because doing so is a direct confrontation with the Leader and the Assembly. Beware of it.

In the Name of Allah, the Most Compassionate, the Most Merciful

I extend my condolences to the people of Iran and the entire Islamic Ummah on the days of mourning for the Family of Allah and the martyrdom of Hazrat Tharullah (The Blood related to Allah), Imam Husayn (A), and his loyal companions.

The movement and uprising of Imam Husayn (A), undertaken to uphold truth, reform the Muslim community, and confront oppression and injustice, stands as the highest peak in history in the struggle between truth and falsehood, and justice and tyranny. It offers invaluable and unforgettable lessons for all free people of the world. The blood of the Sayyid al-Shuhada (Master of the Martyrs) is called the Blood of Allah, flowing through the veins of the world and giving rise to life-giving epics of sacrifice and resistance. Since the Islamic Movement and Revolution of Iran is a branch drawn from this luminous source, it must always strive to achieve the objectives of the Husayni uprising.

The seventh of Tir each year recalls the distinguished revolutionary figure who, upon assuming leadership of the Judiciary, pursued these goals with unwavering dedication until he, together with a group of sincere companions of the Revolution, attained the honor of martyrdom. His oppression and unjust suffering, together with that of the seventy-two martyrs who fell with him, became a testament to the Husayni character of this system and its architects.

The position of the Judiciary in the Islamic Republic of Iran is to safeguard the rights of the people, restore public rights and lawful freedoms, combat corruption, administer justice, enforce the Hudud (divinely prescribed legal limits), and supervise the implementation of the law. Success in this path, besides earning Allah’s pleasure, strengthens public trust in this pillar of the state.

It is the rightful expectation from all branches of government, institutions, and responsible bodies that they continually align and reform their performance according to the standards of the sacred Islamic Republic and the lofty dignity of the nation. In this regard, the Judiciary occupies a unique, indeed unparalleled, position in correcting the course of affairs and setting other sectors of the state in motion. This also requires the continuation of reform and reconstruction within the Judiciary itself.

Today, the public expects to witness practical commitment to these principles in the Judiciary’s performance. Judicial transformation should move beyond the words written in reform documents, strategic plans, and roadmaps, and become a tangible reality. Its effects should be visible in every sphere, from courtrooms and judicial complexes to public spaces and society at large. People should experience its positive impact in their daily lives through firm action against all forms of corruption, reduced violations of rights, faster judicial proceedings, improved integrity and soundness of judges’ rulings, and easier access to the standards of justice.

In this vision of the Judiciary, justice must reach such a level that every oppressed person regards it as a safe refuge. Those who possess any form of power should not dare violate the rights of others, and the practice of recommendations, favoritism, and personal influence should be completely eliminated. Having acquaintances within parts of the Judiciary should confer no advantage whatsoever.

However, protecting the rights of the nation is not limited to individual matters. Public and social rights, including economic security, fair access to opportunities, equitable enjoyment of natural resources, a healthy environment, lawful freedoms, and effective governance, are also among the essential elements of expanding justice.

Among the most important legal and judicial issues facing the entire Iranian nation at this time is the pursuit and restoration of the rights that have been violated as a result of the crimes committed by international criminals, arrogant powers, and global aggressors, particularly during the years 2025-2027.

From the blood of the innocent martyrs of the Second and Third Imposed Wars, to the physical, psychological, material, and spiritual harm inflicted upon our beloved country and upon every member of the oppressed Iranian nation, both inside and outside the country; from the unprecedented killing of children and other alleged war crimes in Minab and Lamerd, to attacks on medical and public service centers; from the killing of newborn infants only a few days old to elderly citizens; and above all, the martyrdom of the unparalleled personality, the incomparable jewel and unique leader of the age, the great mujahid leader, may Allah elevate his noble station, each of these constitutes one among hundreds, indeed thousands, of significant legal cases that must be pursued seriously in both domestic and international courts.

What is certain is that the perpetrators of these crimes must be brought to justice and made to answer for their criminal actions.

An important point in this regard is that some American and Zionist leaders have themselves admitted to, and even shamelessly boasted about, these acts. Such statements undoubtedly constitute admissions of criminal conduct and provide a substantial basis for pursuing and restoring the violated rights of the Iranian nation.

Secondly, implementing the directive issued by the martyred Leader of the Revolution during his final meeting with judicial officials in Tir of last year concerning the investigation of the crimes committed during the Second Imposed War necessarily requires extending that effort to include the Third Imposed War as well, and pursuing these cases continuously until judicial rulings are obtained and their enforcement is entrusted to the appropriate authorities. Such action will, in turn, help prevent the recurrence of crimes of this nature.

Of course, success in achieving comprehensive judicial transformation and accelerating progress toward the aforementioned objectives requires a variety of preparations and prerequisites. These have, for the most part, been repeatedly outlined during the annual meetings with judicial officials and in the extensive recommendations and emphatic guidance of the great martyred Leader, may Allah sanctify his pure soul. Serious attention to these recommendations and dedicated efforts to realize them, which are regarded as the key to the success of the respected officials of the Judiciary, are strongly emphasized and earnestly expected by me.

The path to justice and the struggle against oppression and corruption is a difficult one. It can only be made passable through sincerity and trust in Allah, the highest degree of piety, firm determination and motivation, tireless effort and diligence, courage and decisiveness, initiative, and the proper use of modern technologies and intelligent systems in governance and judicial administration.

The realization of all these goals will, by Allah’s permission and under the blessings and care of the Awaited Lord of Justice, our Master, may Allah hasten his noble reappearance, be made possible, Allah willing.
