1. At 18:15, Hezbollah targeted an Israeli force consisting of two Merkava tanks and a bulldozer advancing from the Arnoun–Al-Kamas area toward the crossing on the outskirts of Kafr Tibnit with guided missiles and Ababil attack drones, forcing it to retreat.

2. At 22:00, Hezbollah targeted an Israeli armored force of five Merkava tanks and four vehicles that had redeployed near the Kafr Tibnit crossing with rocket-propelled grenades and artillery shells. The engagement followed an earlier failed Israeli advance, and clashes were ongoing at the time of the statement.

The Palestinian Mujahideen Movement extends its congratulations to the Islamic Republic of Iran, its leadership and people, on the occasion of achieving a major accomplishment and imposing a ceasefire agreement after a glorious confrontation with the forces of American and Zionist aggression, where Iran demonstrated the firmness of its position and steadfastness in the face of aggression, and thwarted and defeated the enemy's plans.

We salute the steadfastness of the brave Iranian people, who stood united with their armed forces and Mujahideen in the face of aggression and barbaric attacks, and provided a living example of patience, steadfastness and sacrifice..

We also appreciate the military achievements made during this confrontation since its inception, which dealt painful blows to the Israeli and American enemy and exposed the fragility of their systems, where the aggression was broken and the enemy was forced to accept a ceasefire agreement in accordance with the will of the Islamic Republic of Iran.

This achievement has constituted an important shift in the course of the conflict, and a clear message that peoples, with their will and resistance, are capable of imposing new equations that protect their land and safeguard their rights, and that the option of resistance and confrontation is the way to curb the aggressors and thwart their plans.

We affirm our confidence that this achievement will have a profoundly positive impact on the peoples of our nation, particularly the Palestinian people who are struggling for their legitimate rights and facing a criminal and fascist aggression, where Iran has always stood by our people's rights and their resistance.

As we congratulate this historic victory, we mourn the martyrs of this confrontation and all our nation's martyrs, whose souls have merged with those of the martyrs of the Palestinian people on the path to al-Quds.

—With the end of the war on Iran and Iran’s successful performance in terms of strategic endurance, military capability, and resilience under one of the heaviest military attacks it has faced in decades, it has become increasingly clear that the Americans have sought to exit the confrontation through the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU). In this view, the agreement serves as a way to escape the stalemate rather than fulfill its commitments.

It is difficult to see America returning what has been promised to Iran. The expectation remains that Washington will continue repeating the same rhetoric: that Iran must not obtain nuclear weapons, that any financial relief would be used to purchase weapons, and that funds would support what it describes as terrorism. If that approach continues, the agreement may ultimately yield little for Iran beyond a reduction of tensions around the Strait of Hormuz and some strategic breathing space. The provisions outlined in the MoU may never be fully implemented. It is entirely possible that Trump will eventually argue that no money should be released to Iran because, in his view, it would be used for military purposes or support for allied groups.

At the same time, there are signs that Trump may seek to further involve Syria in developments concerning Lebanon. However, Syria is not in a position to confront Lebanon simply because Washington desires it. Turkey has little strategic interest in such a confrontation. A conflict with Hezbollah would inevitably risk a confrontation with Iran, and Ankara understands those implications. Therefore, Turkey is unlikely to pursue direct confrontation with Tehran.

If, however, Takfiri groups operating in Syria undertake provocations under American pressure, financial leverage, or the withdrawal of political support, Syria may once again descend into instability. The region could once again be drawn into the kind of hybrid warfare engineered through intelligence operations and proxy conflicts. That possibility cannot be ignored.

The question now is how Iran will manage this new phase. It successfully endured the direct military assault, but hybrid warfare is a much longer struggle. As the martyred Leader repeatedly emphasized, this conflict does not truly end; it simply changes its form.

This is once again the moment for the Resistance Front and all those who believe in independence, dignity, and sovereignty to stand together in confronting this hybrid war and not fall into deception or psychological operations.

Words cannot adequately express our profound gratitude for your firm and steadfast support of Lebanon, its people, and its Resistance in seeking to compel the Israeli entity to bring about an immediate and permanent cessation of military operations on all fronts, including Lebanon, linked to the cessation of the war against the Islamic Republic of Iran as the first and fundamental condition of any agreement between Iran and the United States. You transformed the only genuine and effective ray of hope for restraining Israeli and American aggression against Lebanon into a reality that demonstrated to the world that Iran stands in support of truth, the Resistance, and the oppressed. Had others followed its path, neither the United States nor Israel would have become so overbearing, nor would the Zionist occupation have remained entrenched in the land of Palestine and Quds.

We have always said that Iran has given everything to Hezbollah, the Resistance, and the people of Lebanon without asking for anything in return. It supported us in our choices, strengthened us so that we could liberate our land, heal the wounds of our society, and assist our people. Today, Iran is shedding its own blood, confronting the Zionist entity by striking it in response to its bombardment of Beirut’s southern suburbs, while bearing consequences that threaten to draw it into war and demand immense sacrifices. I declare it openly and unequivocally: Iran is an icon of dignity and honor.

On behalf of Hezbollah and its Islamic Resistance, on behalf of the people of Lebanon who have asked us to convey their gratitude to you, and on behalf of the martyrs, foremost among them the Master of the Martyrs of the Ummah, Sayyid Hassan Nasrallah (r), as well as the wounded and the prisoners, I thank you in your capacity as the chief negotiator, together with your direct negotiating team, including Foreign Minister Dr. Abbas Araghchi. — While it can reasonably be anticipated that the Americans may not fully follow or respect every provision of the agreement, and that Iran may gain little beyond a halt to direct attacks on its territory, reduced escalation over Lebanon and other fronts, and the reopening and management of the Strait of Hormuz, the more significant challenge now lies ahead. The next phase is likely to be one of sustained hybrid warfare rather than conventional military confrontation.

The potential dimensions of this hybrid campaign include:

Algorithmic Warfare Integration (“Data-Matrix” Modeling): The use of advanced AI systems to integrate satellite imagery, signals intelligence, and electronic surveillance into a permanent digital battlefield. Such systems could continuously generate real-time target profiles, enabling rapid precision strikes should any ceasefire collapse.


Infrastructure Paralysis Through Cyber Operations: Sophisticated cyber intrusions targeting overlapping civilian and military digital infrastructure, including municipal water systems, industrial SCADA networks, fuel distribution systems, and banking platforms. Such operations seek to disrupt everyday life, undermine public confidence, and create internal instability without triggering full-scale war. Similar disruptions were reported recently when several major Iranian banks experienced technical failures.


Cognitive Warfare and Societal Polarization: Coordinated information campaigns, including AI-generated media, deepfakes, and large-scale social media influence operations, designed to exploit economic hardship, inflation, wartime shortages, and currency depreciation in order to weaken public morale and fuel domestic unrest.

Exploiting the Syrian occupation's Theatre to Attack Lebanese Resistance: Encouraging anti-resistance political factions, armed takfiri groups, and demographic pressures inside Syria to complicate Hezbollah’s logistical freedom of movement.

Persistent Disturbance in South Lebanon: Maintaining continuous pressure through electronic warfare, drone incursions, surveillance flights, targeted assasinations, resettlements, localized artillery fire, and limited cross-border engagements that keep the Lebanese Resistance in a permanent state of operational exhaustion without escalating into full-scale war.

Forced Re-ignition of the Gaza War: Creating conditions that deliberately collapse ceasefires through intelligence operations, political pressure, or localized escalations, forcing Iran and the Axis of Resistance to divert financial, military, and political resources back toward Gaza rather than reconstruction.

Asymmetric Border Pressure via Kurdish Militancy: Supporting separatist terror organizations operating along Iran’s northwestern frontier through funding, training, communications equipment, and intelligence support, thereby forcing the IRGC to allocate significant resources to domestic border security.

Theological Deconstruction of Wilayat al-Faqih: Expanding sophisticated media campaigns and the promotion of selected psuedo religious voices (for eg. Mi6's pumped Shiite cults) to challenge the legitimacy of the doctrine of Wilayat al-Faqih. By amplifying quietist schools of thought, particularly those associated with Najaf, adversaries may seek to separate Shia religious identity from Tehran’s political doctrine of the School of Resistance. Similar attempts have recently appeared across multiple media platforms especially by Mahdi Hasan, including comparisons between Qom and Najaf intended to create ideological divisions.

Gray-Zone Maritime Enforcement Against Iran’s Oil Network: Intensifying multinational maritime inspections, sanctions enforcement, and interdictions targeting the tanker network through which Iran exports oil and circumvents sanctions, thereby reducing the financial resources available for military reconstruction.

Upstream Supply-Chain Sabotage: Penetrating international procurement channels to introduce microscopic defects into dual-use semiconductors, aerospace materials, precision electronics, carbon fibers, cooling systems, and other strategic components required for indigenous missile and drone production.

Targeted Attrition of the Regional Resistance Command Structure: Conducting precision assassinations of senior Quds Force personnel and allied commanders across Iraq, Syria, and Lebanon in order to weaken operational coordination while maintaining plausible deniability.

If the direct military confrontation has largely subsided, the hybrid battlefield has only begun. Economic warfare, cyber operations, intelligence penetration, psychological campaigns, media influence, ideological fragmentation, sanctions, proxy wars, and technological containment are all likely to remain central instruments of pressure against Iran and the broader Axis of Resistance in the years ahead.
