1) Deputy Secretary of Iran’s Supreme National Security Council Mr. Ali Bagheri met Russian Security Council Deputy Secretary Mr. Alexander Venediktov during the 14th Moscow meeting of senior security officials. Both sides emphasized the necessity of creating a new global security architecture. Venediktov praised “..the resilience of the Iranian nation and the performance of Iran’s armed forces against American and Zionist aggression..” and stressed preventing renewed military confrontation.

2) Iranian state television reported that the unofficial draft understanding framework stipulates that any finalized agreement reached within 60 days could be adopted as a binding United Nations Security Council resolution.

3) Iranian state media reported that a draft memorandum of understanding includes the withdrawal of American military forces from areas near Iran and the lifting of the American naval blockade. Reports stated that Iran would restore Strait of Hormuz commercial transit to pre war levels within one month, while military vessels would remain excluded from the arrangement.

4) Iranian state media reported that the Strait of Hormuz would be jointly managed by Iran and Oman under the proposed framework. Iranian officials stated that no implementation steps would occur without “..tangible verification..” and that the Islamabad memorandum framework remains unfinished.

5) Iranian Ministry of Intelligence officials stated that “..after failure in the military war, the enemy has intensified hybrid warfare through cognitive operations, economic pressure, sabotage, ethnic and religious division attempts, cyber attacks, hostile media activity, Starlink operations, and assassination plots..” Authorities warned that espionage, separatist activity, and cooperation with hostile media would face decisive prosecution.

6) Iranian officials announced an agreement with Turkey to increase truck processing capacity at the Bazargan and Gurbulak border crossing by 30 percent after congestion caused by reduced Turkish customs intake of Iranian trucks.

7) Imam Mujtaba Khamenei's envoy Hojjat ul Islam Mohammad Taqi Vakilpour delivered a special message to the people of Sistan and Baluchestan, stating that Imam Sayyid Mujtaba Khamenei is “..fully engaged in the field, overseeing the country’s macro management and the war front..” He also praised Sunni Shia unity in the province and stated that such unity “..has become a source of hatred for enemies..”

8) Member of Iran’s Parliamentary National Security and Foreign Policy Committee Mr. Hayat Moghadam stated that “..payment of reparations, release of Iran’s assets, lifting of sanctions, cessation of war on all fronts, and acceptance of Iran’s sovereignty in the Strait of Hormuz are Iran’s five conditions for negotiation..”

9) Writer and journalist Ms. Wafa Al Badawi stated that Israeli attempts to bypass the northern bank of the Litani River near Zawtar Al Sharqiya failed across three simultaneous axes after resistance forces launched “..zero distance clashes..” and destroyed two Merkava tanks, forcing Israeli withdrawal under covering fire.

10) Al Manar field reports stated that Israeli forces advanced along three axes near Zawtar Al Sharqiya including Zattam Farm, the Cultural Complex area, and Al Khazzan neighborhood, while clashes continued. Reports denied claims that Israeli forces entered Scout City, Mayfadoun, or deeper residential sectors.

11) Iranian Deputy Foreign Minister for Legal and International Affairs Mr. Kazem Gharibabadi praised Ireland’s decision to ban imports from illegal Israeli settlements, stating that “..buying and selling settlement products is economic complicity in occupation..” and urged other governments to implement international law consistently.

⚠️ | Warning signs of upcoming sectarian fitna before Muharram:

1) Sudden activation of channels, clips, and media pages focused only on provoking Shia-Sunni tensions instead of discussing real issues affecting the Ummah.

2) Revival of highly sensitive historical issues involving Aisha (r) and other sacred personalities of Ahlul Sunnah with the deliberate aim of triggering emotional reactions and street-level hostility.

3) Organized insults against the sacred personalities and symbols respected by Ahlul Sunnah and Shia alike in order to ignite sectarian outrage.

4) Increased activity of Nasibi, takfiri, and pseudo-takfiri networks attempting to provoke hatred toward the followers of Ahlulbayt while presenting themselves as defenders of Islam.

5) Manipulation of emotionally driven and uninformed audiences through short clips, edited speeches, and out-of-context historical narrations spread across social media.

6) Use of sellout Shia and Sunni preacher-influencers who amplify sectarian division instead of unity, often repeating narratives that directly benefit foreign intelligence agendas.

7) Coordinated attempts before Muharram to transform mourning gatherings, lectures, and religious symbolism into tools for sectarian confrontation rather than remembrance and spirituality.

8) Promotion of personalities known mainly for provocation, insults, and sectarian agitation, including figures such as Yasser al-Habib, Ammar Nakshwani, Hassan Allahyari, Adnan Rashid, and many others of similar style whose rhetoric repeatedly fuels hatred and division.

9) Attempts to distract the Ummah from Iran, Iraq, Palestine, Lebanon, Gaza, and the wider regional situation by shifting public attention entirely toward internal sectarian disputes.

10) Foreign-backed psychological operations thrive on emotional reactions, anger, ignorance, and division. This also includes the use of “dawah” podcasters, so-called neutral mentors for youth, and modern-looking muftis, especially from Pakistan, who present themselves as balanced voices while subtly amplifying sectarian narratives and confusion among the Ummah.
