1) Turkish President Mr. Recep Tayyip Erdogan held a phone call with Iranian President Mr. Masoud Pezeshkian regarding Türkiye-Iran relations and regional developments, reaffirming Türkiye’s commitment to peace, stability, and diplomatic engagement.

2) Iranian President Mr. Masoud Pezeshkian and Qatar’s Emir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani discussed efforts to de-escalate tensions and preserve regional security. Mr. Pezeshkian stated that “..Iran is ready to reach a dignity-preserving framework to end the war and tensions in the region,” while Sheikh Tamim emphasized prioritizing political and diplomatic solutions and stated that Qatar would continue mediation efforts for regional peace and stability.

3) Iranian President Mr. Masoud Pezeshkian and Sultan of Oman Sultan Haitham bin Tariq emphasized transforming Islamic unity into practical cooperation and reaffirmed continued dialogue aimed at lasting regional security and deeper bilateral relations.

4) The presidents of Iran and Tajikistan exchanged Eid al-Adha congratulations and emphasized expanding economic and cultural cooperation between the two countries.

5) Adviser to the Speaker of the Iranian Parliament for Political Affairs Mr. Amir Ibrahim Rasouli stated to Al Mayadeen that “..Iran raised the issues of frozen assets and oil exports during Doha negotiations, and the Strait of Hormuz should be managed by Iran in coordination with regional states.” He further stated that “..the Americans have significantly retreated and the 14 stages, including ceasefire measures and trust-building, must first be implemented.”

6) Iranian sources stated that negotiations and mediation efforts remain linked to implementation of confidence-building measures, frozen asset access, and ceasefire arrangements.

7) Reports stated that an American MQ-4C maritime reconnaissance drone flew from an American military base in Jordan for operations over the Strait of Hormuz. Iranian commentary sources stated that after IRGC strikes on drone support infrastructure in Persian Gulf states, American drone capabilities were repositioned to Jordan.

8) IRGC Navy Public Relations stated that 25 ships, including oil tankers, container ships, and commercial vessels, passed through the Strait of Hormuz over the previous 24 hours after coordination and authorization by the IRGC Navy. Iranian authorities stated that “..the intelligent control of the Strait of Hormuz is being carried out with authority and any aggression will face crushing blows.”

9) The Islamic Action Society (Amal) rejected Bahrain’s Royal Order No. 18 of 2026, which dissolved and merged the Jaafari and Sunni Awqaf councils under a unified administration headed by the Minister of Justice. The movement described the measure as “..a dangerous political decision affecting religious and administrative independence,” warning against politicization of endowment institutions and calling for reversal of the decree and a national dialogue process.

10) Resistance sources reported an ambush south of Khan Yunis targeting armed client groups advancing under Israeli air cover, stating that one vehicle was hit with an anti-tank shell followed by armed clashes causing casualties before resistance fighters withdrew safely.

11) Reports from Al-Maghazi camp stated that residents confronted armed client groups accused of assaulting civilians and stealing personal belongings near eastern areas of the camp.

12) Al Jazeera, citing a source at Al-Shifa Hospital, reported that Israeli raids on the Al-Ramal neighborhood in western Gaza City resulted in 3 deaths and more than 20 injuries.
