The authorities in Bahrain have continued to forcibly conceal the whereabouts of young man Mohammed Aqil Abdulrasool for 67 days, amid a complete lack of information regarding his place of detention or his health condition. His family has been prevented from contacting him or reassuring themselves about his safety.

Since his arrest on March 19, his family has been living in a state of ongoing anxiety and fear, with no information revealing his fate or the reasons behind the continued enforced disappearance.

In the details of the incident, one detainee who was with Mohammed at the moment of arrest stated that they were both held from 6:00 a.m. until 10:00 p.m. on March 19, during which they were taken blindfolded to an unknown detention location not subject to any legal oversight.

He added that the security force carrying out the operation later released him and left him in one of the streets of the Aali area, while Mohammed Aqil Abdulrasool was kept in detention, with no information about his whereabouts to this day.

His family is calling for his immediate release and holds the Ministry of Interior and the Bahraini authorities fully responsible for his safety.

But this migration is not limited to the pilgrims of the House of Allah in this year alone. It includes all Muslim brothers and sisters in Iran and across the world, from those who performed Hajj in previous years to those who have not yet been granted this opportunity.

The condition of this migration is a permanent state of ihram centered on the remembrance of Allah; continuous tawaf around the axis of truth; continuous striving between the demanding peaks of divine obligations; continuous rejection of Satan and all his followers through symbolic stoning; standing in humility, supplication, and devotion; feeding the poor and the needy; sacrificing selfish desires and inner impurities; and in all situations remaining ready to serve and raise the banner of truth.

Thus, the people of Iran entered this path of migration at the station of the Islamic Revolution. They responded to the Abrahamic call of Imam Khomeini, removed the garments of submission to domination, wore the ihram of worldly and spiritual salvation, and, reciting “Labbaik,” sought to perform tawaf around the teachings of pure Muhammadan Islam, drawing closer to the radiant light of universal justice and supreme guardianship.

I ask all dear pilgrims to pay special attention to praying for the hastening of the appearance of the savior of humanity, may Allah hasten his relief, and to pray for the unity of the Islamic Ummah, the liberation of Palestine and Al-Aqsa Mosque, the removal of the major hardships of Muslims, and final victory over global arrogance. I also ask them to include me in their prayers.

O Lord! Send blessings upon Muhammad and the family of Muhammad, and extend Your grace and mercy upon the pilgrims and the entire Islamic Ummah. Grant them an accepted Hajj, illuminate their hearts with the light of knowledge and insight, and strengthen their determination and will to move on the path of reforming the Ummah and achieving final victory over the enemies of Islam.

O Lord! Send Your vast grace and mercy upon the pure souls of the martyrs in the path of Allah, especially the martyrs of the Resistance Front, and at their head the great martyred leader (may Allah elevate his rank). On the centenary of the Constitution, the Lebanese people stand before a decisive phase in their internal and regional history, marked by extreme sensitivity. This is not only due to the end of the mandate era and the developments that followed it, but also due to the end of external guardianship over Lebanon, which is considered irreversible in every sense.

Lebanon cannot become a final homeland for all its citizens through slogans alone, but rather through the protection of its land and people, through a clear national consensus rejecting occupation and aggression, and through full commitment to the Lebanese people’s right to defend their country, sovereignty, and dignity, especially against occupation and the clear Zionist ambitions of today.

Accordingly, all projects of partition, federalism, or resettlement, regardless of their titles or justifications, contradict the essence of the Lebanese Constitution and the idea of one Lebanon for all its citizens. A Lebanon where there is no place for opposing entities, security cantons, or disguised secession projects that would turn Lebanese diversity into a tool for fragmentation, hostility, or external domination, threatening the unity of land, people, and institutions.

The Lebanese experience has proven that the sectarian system is no longer capable of producing a just, effective, and stable state. Therefore, true fidelity to the Constitution is not achieved by freezing its texts or selectively applying them, but by fully implementing the constitutional reforms approved by the Taif Agreement, without reduction or political manipulation. At the forefront of these reforms is the clear national objective set by the Constitution: the abolition of political sectarianism, as a fundamental step toward developing the political and social contract, and ensuring fair and equitable participation for all Lebanese in the administration of their country and its institutions.

The call for abolishing sectarianism is not a departure from the state nor a violation of the Constitution, but rather a legitimate national right protected by the principles of the Lebanese Constitution and Lebanon’s Arab and international commitments. No political or governmental decision can deprive our people of their natural right to defend their land, nor can it strip legitimacy from resistance against occupation. The Constitution that links Lebanon to the charters of the Arab League cannot be read in isolation from Arab texts that recognize peoples’ right to resist foreign occupation, including their right to liberate their land and safeguard their sovereignty.

The Taif Agreement, with its emphasis on taking the necessary measures to liberate Lebanese territory, and its affirmation of adherence to the 1949 Armistice Agreement, leaves no ambiguity in describing the relationship with the Zionist entity as one of hostility, occupation, and permanent threat, not normalization, surrender, or acceptance of the status quo. Hence, what is required today, on the centenary of the Constitution, is the full and non-selective implementation of Taif and constitutional texts, the protection of Lebanon from aggression, the prevention of external guardianship, and the rejection of partition, federalism, and resettlement projects.

Lebanon can only be built as one unified state: independent, just among its citizens, resistant to aggression, and rejecting every form of guardianship, mandate, or external project that seeks to make the Lebanese abandon their right to their land, state, and future.
