🇮🇷 | Message of the Leader of the Islamic Revolution Imam Mujtaba Khamenei (H) on the occasion of the second anniversary of the martyrdom of President Raisi and the commemoration of the “Martyrs of Service”

In the Name of Allah, the Most Compassionate, the Most Merciful

Commemorating the martyrs of the Ordibehesht flight disaster, headed by the martyred President Hujjat al-Islam wal-Muslimeen Raisi, recalls the martyrdom of the many devoted servants of the Islamic Republic of Iran; from Motahhari, Beheshti, Rajaei, and Bahonar, to Raisi, Al-Hashem, Amir-Abdollahian, and Larijani, hundreds of distinguished figures raised in the school of the great Khomeini and the beloved Khamenei, may Allah exalt their noble ranks, who adorned the record of sincere and striving service by officials of the Islamic Republic with their blood-stained signatures.

Among the prominent characteristics of Martyr Raisi were his sense of responsibility, belief in empowering the youth, attention to justice, active and beneficial diplomacy, and especially his closeness to the people. These qualities brought encouragement to Iran’s friends, including the fighters of the powerful Resistance Front and many supporters of the system. All of this was, of course, intertwined with a spirituality rooted deep within his soul. In the relationship between officials and the people, positive and influential qualities lead to mutual appreciation.

Thus it was that his farewell, until he reached the side of his master and beloved Imam Ali Ridha (A) took place with an unparalleled grandeur. The unfinished period of that martyr’s presidency became a measure of tireless effort and compassion for the nation and the country while preserving its independence.

Today, we stand before the epic-making resistance of the Iranian nation in a unique historical confrontation against two global terrorist armies. This places an even heavier burden of duty upon the officials of the Islamic Republic, from the Leadership and the heads of the branches of government down to all levels of management.

Today, gratitude for the blessing of unity among the nation, the government, and all institutions of the Islamic Republic must be expressed through strengthened motivation, doubled and tireless service by officials, resolving the people’s concerns and problems, especially in the economic and livelihood spheres, maintaining direct and field presence, and defining a serious role for the awakened people in the path of the country’s progress and hopeful movement toward a bright future.

May Allah's mercy and divine pleasure be upon the martyrs of the path of service, and may divine support and the prayers of our Master, may Allah hasten his reappearance, back the servants of the Muslim people of Iran.

We have received your cherished message, which carries the impact of a father upon his children, a leader upon his soldiers, and a sheikh upon his followers. We thank you, our beloved sheikh, for your sincere feelings, pure affection, and clear sentiments. We return your greeting with a greeting filled with faith, crowned with jihad, and ending in victory and martyrdom.

We also turn with reverence and glorification to the souls of the martyrs from among our brother fighters and our loyal people, who have amazed the world with their patience, steadfastness, and resilience. They have been, and remain, the impregnable fortress against strife and the solid support in the peak of adversity, the backbone of the resistance in the field of defending the homeland against the treacherous and barbaric "israeli" occupation.

O cherished Secretary-General, your sons, the fighters in the Islamic Resistance, have bet on Allah Almighty before taking up their rifles. They have obeyed His command, relied upon Him, and descended into the fields of battle, guided by patience and supported by His aid.

Every day, they write epics of Karbala-style confrontation, pursuing the enemy with all types of their weapons, destroying its tanks, burning its vehicles, terrifying its soldiers, and teaching its army lessons that will be etched in its fabricated memory, keeping the homeland resistant to oppression and occupation.

O our sheikh, your courageous leadership has opened the way for a series of operations that have made the enemy exhausted, fearful of stability on the southern soil. It has become addicted to looking at the sky, anticipating our rocket barrages and drones, and has become accustomed to bowing its head to the ground, terrified of our explosive devices and ambushes.

Our pledge is what you have pledged to us: We will keep it in this state and we have more. We will not calm down, we will not weaken, and we will not rest until the occupation leaves our land, defeated and disappointed. Between us and it are days during which it will not have patience, while we will be patient, because we are the people of the land. There are dark nights in the eyes of the occupier that we have illuminated with the remembrance of Allah, and a field that will harvest the body parts of the killed and wounded, after we have planted it with gunpowder and fire.

In the name of every grain of soil, in the name of every martyr, and every fighter in the resistance formations ready along the confrontation front, we renew to you the allegiance, the oath, and the pledge to continue on this path, preserving honor, freedom, dignity, and independence.

For the life of homelands is only acquired through crimson sacrifices, and the honor of the South refuses to be liberated except at the hands of the resistors, and the bet on them will not fail, God Almighty willing.

Peace be upon you, and the victory of Allah and His blessings.

4) At 12:20, Hezbollah fighters targeted an IOF Merkava tank in Bider al-Faqani in the town of Al-Taybehr in an ambush operation, achieving a confirmed hit.

5) At 10:00, Hezbollah fighters targeted IOF artillery positions in the town of Yaron using a swarm of attack drones.

12) At 15:25, Hezbollah fighters targeted a second IOF bulldozer brought in to tow damaged vehicles in the town of Hadatha in a surprise attack, achieving a confirmed hit.

13) At 15:40, Hezbollah fighters targeted a third IOF Merkava tank near the stadium in the town of Hadatha in a surprise attack, achieving a confirmed hit, followed by rocket fire on supporting enemy positions.

14) At 16:30, Hezbollah fighters clashed with an IOF infantry force supported by two Merkava tanks advancing toward the Husseiniya area in the town of Hadatha using direct and light weapons, inflicting confirmed casualties and forcing the force to withdraw under smoke cover.

15) Between 15:45 and 16:50, Hezbollah fighters targeted three IOF positions on the outskirts of the town of Hadatha with repeated rocket fire.
