In light of the developments taking place in the region, and the accompanying American and Zionist movements targeting Iraq’s security and stability, the enemy continues to seek a new escalation against the resistance and the Popular Mobilization Forces.

The patience of the men of the resistance is no longer unlimited in the face of continued violations and transgressions targeting Iraq’s sovereignty and its people.

Accordingly, we point to the following:

First: The abductee Muhammad Baqir al-Saadi does not belong to Kataib Hezbollah, and he will be returned to his homeland with his head held high because he is among the supporters and admirers of the resistance.

Second: Most American and Zionist reconnaissance operations originate from Jordan, as a prelude to carrying out hostile acts inside Iraq. The government in Amman should take heed from what happened in the recent war, as patience is running out.

Third: Based on available information, the Americans and Israelis are seeking to launch a new aggression against leaders of the Islamic resistance and the Popular Mobilization Forces. We therefore warn against any targeting of Iraqis, and any response will be directed at the Americans across various domains, and they will bear full responsibility.

Fourth: Petraeus, through his foolish decisions most notably flooding Iraq with occupation troops at the time helped turn their bases into “duck hunting grounds.” If there is an intention for his return to Iraq, we believe it will give us an opportunity to achieve further accomplishments.

🇮🇷 | Iranian Foreign Ministry spokesperson, in response to a question about reports that Saudi Arabia has proposed a regional non-aggression agreement among Middle Eastern countries with Iran, and whether such an agreement is even possible in principle given the presence of US military bases in the region, said:

“I cannot confirm a specific proposed plan, but it is clear that all countries in the region, in light of the developments of the 40-day war and the insecurity imposed by the American military presence in the region, are reconsidering their defense matters and may make certain adjustments.

🇬🇧 | Iran war could cost every British farmer up to £70,000:

The Telegraph reported that the agricultural sector in Britain is facing a sharp rise in the costs of chemical fertilizers and diesel due to tensions and conflict in the Persian Gulf.

The Central Association of Agricultural Valuers in England warned that the energy crisis linked to the war in the Middle East could force an average grain farm of around 500 hectares to spend an additional £25,000 next year on fertilizers and diesel. According to the report, the total losses for such farms could reach an average of £70,000 by 2027.

🇮🇷: 🇵🇰 | Meeting between Pakistan’s Interior Minister and Iran’s Foreign Minister:

Pakistan’s Interior Minister, Syed Mohsin Naqvi, who traveled to Tehran for consultations with senior Iranian officials, met on Monday evening with Iranian Foreign Minister Seyed Abbas Araghchi.

During the meeting, the two sides discussed bilateral Iran-Pakistan cooperation, including in the fields of security and economics.

They also exchanged views regarding the latest regional security developments and ongoing efforts aimed at ending the war imposed on Iran by the United States and the Zionist regime.

Iran’s Foreign Minister, while appreciating Pakistan’s good offices in advancing diplomacy and preventing further escalation, described America’s contradictory and excessive behavior and positions as a serious obstacle to diplomacy. Referring to previous experiences of American violations of commitments and betrayals of diplomacy, he emphasized that the Islamic Republic of Iran entered the diplomatic process to end the war based on a responsible approach, despite deep mistrust toward the American ruling establishment.

He stressed that while Iran remains serious about diplomacy, the Islamic Republic will spare no effort in strengthening its preparedness to defend Iran’s security and national interests.

Referring to the broad consequences of the military aggression by the United States and the Zionist regime against Iran for both the region and the world, Iran’s Foreign Minister emphasized that the international community must hold the aggressor parties accountable and punish them for committing the crime of aggression and other crimes against humanity, including what he described as the massacre of 170 innocent students and teachers in the city of Minab.

Pakistan’s Interior Minister, referring to his constructive and beneficial meetings with the Speaker of the Iranian Parliament and his Iranian counterpart, stressed the Pakistani government’s strong commitment to the continued comprehensive expansion of relations with Iran.

Mr. Naqvi also expressed hope that Pakistan’s diplomatic efforts would contribute effectively to establishing peace and stability in the region.

Enemy warplanes carried out raids across multiple areas in southern Lebanon, including Rashaya Al Fakhar, Deir Aataye, Meerbaa, Jibchit, Shakra, Toul, Kafr Tabnit, Deir Amis, Qana, Al Mansouri, Frun, Wadi Azza, the Reihan Heights, Zawtar Al Gharbi, Kharbat Salim, the Al Tamriya–Tulin area, Al Bazourieh, Sadiqin, Hanaweyya, Mayfadoun, the Shoukin–Zebdin area, Zawtar Al Sharqi, Kafr Ruman, Houmin Al Tahta, Harouf, Harees, Bourj Al Shamali, and Deir Al Zahrani. In the Bekaa and Baalbek region, raids were also reported on Baalbek.

Enemy drones carried out strikes on Tebinnet, Kafr Dunin, Majdal Salim, and Rashkaniya.

Enemy artillery shelling targeted Jibchit, Haboush, Kafr Sir, Majdal Zoun, Al Mansouri, Kafr Ruman, Al Sultaniyah, Kafra, Mayfadoun, Arid Marjayoun, Nabatiyeh Al Fawqa, the Wadi Al Khanazir–Al Qusayr area, Zawtar Al Sharqi, Al Samaaiyah, Al Maaliyah, Kafr Tabnit, Deir Amis, Harees, Aarnoun Fasfoor, Frun, the Halta Heights, and Yatar.

The enemy also carried out explosions in southern towns between Aytron and Balida, as well as in Alman Al Shomariah.

The Israeli enemy continues to target civilians in southern Lebanon. According to the Lebanese Ministry of Health, the martyrdom toll from the aggression has risen to 3020 martyrs, including 211 children, 291 women, and 116 paramedics, in addition to 9273 wounded.

🇮🇷: 🥀 | Today marks the martyrdom anniversary of the martyr of the highest order, Ayatullah Sayyid Ebrahim Raisi, and his companions.

On 19 May 2024, the Islamic world and the free world were shaken by the news of the martyrdom of Ayatullah Raisi, the President of the Islamic Republic of Iran, along with the Foreign Minister and other officials. Although the official cause of the tragedy was declared to be an accident, certain possibilities surrounding assassination were never fully ruled out and may perhaps be exposed in the future.

Despite immense pain and grief, Leader Imam Ali Khamenei managed the crisis within hours and appointed Mohammad Mokhber as the acting President and Ali Bagheri Kani as the acting Foreign Minister until the election of President Masoud Pezeshkian.

Amid the mourning and shock, the world somehow moved on from a tragedy which, if ever proven to involve assassination, would stand among the greatest tragedies in modern political history: the killing (if proven?) of a sitting president of a sovereign country.

A total of nine people were martyred in the helicopter crash in a remote mountainous region of northwestern Iran. Alongside Martyr Raisi, the following individuals also lost their lives:

• Hossein Amir-Abdollahian, Iran’s Foreign Minister

• Malek Rahmati, Governor of East Azerbaijan Province

• Ayatollah Mohammad Ali Ale-Hashem, representative of the Supreme Leader in East Azerbaijan

• Sardar Seyed Mehdi Mousavi, head of the President’s security team

• One bodyguard

• Three flight crew members, including two pilots and a flight technician

We all know the contributions of Martyr Raisi to the Islamic Resistance Axis and the global fight against arrogance, as well as those of Amir-Abdollahian, who led the diplomatic front for the cause of Palestine, reaching nearly 50 countries in support of the Palestinian cause.

If your place of residence is registered in any database, avoid staying at that location during periods of conflict.

If you own a vehicle, avoid traveling on roads or in urban areas using a car with a registered license plate linked to you.

Minimize all forms of digital communication with friends and acquaintances.

Avoid taking any photographs with your mobile phone or with the phones of those around you, whether location services are enabled or disabled. If any image is taken, the individual or system should immediately leave the location.

🇮🇷📊 — Iranian News Agency: The stock market in Iran has reopened after being suspended for 80 days.

✅ | The current situation makes it clear that America has reached a strategic stalemate with Iran and is unable to launch any effective joint war effort against Tehran, knowing that such a move could completely fail and drag the region into uncontrollable chaos. The unpublished reports and updates regarding Iranian retaliation capabilities, attacks on American presence, and the threat of naval disruption have exhausted many of Washington’s remaining pressure cards against Iran.

This is because America no longer possesses a guaranteed military option against Iran. After the recent war, Washington realized that any new large-scale war could ignite the entire region, severely damage the global economy, threaten energy routes, and place Gulf states directly in the line of fire. The idea of militarily subjugating Iran is increasingly appearing to be an “American illusion,” because Iran is not an isolated or weak country, but one that possesses deep military, strategic, ideological, and geographical capabilities that would make any war extremely costly for America and its allies.

Washington now understands the danger of a prolonged war with Iran. Reports suggest that America stepped back from carrying out a broader planned attack after intense regional communications and pressure, especially from Gulf countries that feared a comprehensive regional explosion. These states understand that any direct war would not remain limited to Iran alone, but could expand across the Gulf, Iraq, the Levant, maritime routes, and even international trade corridors.

The recent American escalation largely falls within the framework of a “propaganda war” adopted by Trump and sections of the American establishment to strengthen negotiation leverage and extract further concessions from Iran, rather than being a definite prelude to full-scale war. Iran, however, is accustomed to this style of pressure and psychological warfare. Tehran takes threats seriously, yet simultaneously understands that Washington itself fears losing control over any new military escalation.

Iran’s regional alliances and the broader Resistance Axis have also changed the equation. Any future war would no longer resemble previous wars in the region. American military bases, naval deployments, logistical routes, and allied infrastructure across the West Asia (Middle East) would all become vulnerable in the event of a comprehensive war. This reality has forced many Western and regional analysts to reconsider the assumption that Iran can simply be pressured into surrender through sanctions, assassinations, or military threats.

The intervention of [Persian] Gulf countries in mediation efforts contributed to temporarily freezing the escalation, because many regional governments now realize that instability and war with Iran directly threaten their own economies and security. At the same time, global powers such as China and Russia are increasingly observing the situation carefully, understanding that any regional war could reshape international power balances and global energy markets.

All of this reveals that the crisis has not ended, but Washington has come to understand that war with Iran is not a military picnic, and that the cost of confrontation may far exceed America’s ability to bear politically, militarily, and economically. At this moment, the earlier assumptions about defeating Iran through assassinations of leaders, bombing military installations, or imposing maximum pressure have largely collapsed in the face of Iran’s resilience, regional depth, and ability to sustain war over the long term.

🇺🇸 | Destruction of 42 aircraft and aerial assets, part of America’s losses against Iran:

More than eighty days after the beginning of America’s war against Iran, new dimensions of the heavy losses suffered by the American military are still emerging, losses that Washington reportedly attempted to conceal and censor. However, the gradual release of documents and official reports suggests that the reality on the battlefield was very different from the initial American narrative.

In the latest example, the American Congress has reportedly stated that the US military lost at least 42 military aircraft and aerial assets during the war against Iran, a figure that could represent one of the heaviest American aerial losses in recent decades.

According to the report, the losses included 4 F-15E fighter jets, 1 fifth-generation F-35A fighter jet, 1 A-10 attack aircraft, 7 KC-135 refueling aircraft, 1 E-3 AWACS aircraft, 2 MC-130J special operations aircraft, 1 HH-60W rescue helicopter, 24 MQ-9 Reaper drones, and 1 MQ-4C Triton strategic drone.

Part of these aerial assets were reportedly shot down by Iranian armed forces, while others were destroyed in Iranian missile and drone strikes.

🇮🇷 | Economic and strategic implications of the Strait of Hormuz situation:

1) Disruptions in global shipping traffic, rising transportation costs, and reduced supplies of raw materials and petrochemicals are increasingly affecting international industries and supply chains.

2) Reports state that 279 global companies have cited the ongoing war as a major reason behind financial cutbacks and austerity measures, while airlines alone are estimated to have suffered losses of around $15 billion. Global investment banks also expect corporate profit margins to face mounting pressure over the next two quarters.

3) According to Fars News Agency, Iran could use its asserted jurisdiction over the Strait of Hormuz to place fiber optic cables passing through the waterway under sovereign licensing, oversight, and fee mechanisms, citing provisions under the 1982 United Nations Convention on the Law of the Sea. Fars, quoting Policy Exchange, noted that these cables facilitate daily financial transactions exceeding $10 trillion.

4) Iranian Parliament National Security and Foreign Policy Committee spokesperson Ebrahim Rezaei stated that any aggression against Iran would be met with a stronger response and that Tehran is prepared for all scenarios. He added that “the history of the Strait of Hormuz will never return to what it was,” claiming no power can open the strait without Iran’s consent. Rezaei also said Iran is preparing a new legal framework for managing the Strait of Hormuz under which “enemy ships” would not be permitted passage.
