🔄 | Hanzala Hackers:

The mastermind of Netanyahu’s trip to the UAE and the main architect of the Abraham Accords has been hacked.

The hacking group Hanzala announced that it has hacked “Samuel Shai,” the planner of Netanyahu’s visit to the UAE and the architect of the Abraham Accords, and exposed his secret network.

According to the group, Shai is not only the main coordinator of all behind-the-scenes agreements between the Zionist regime and Gulf countries, but also a key facilitator of hidden economic, political, and security relations between Tel Aviv and Abu Dhabi.

According to the published documents, Shai introduced Epstein to “Sultan Ahmed bin Sulayem,” and through this channel many corrupt rulers of the UAE were allegedly drawn into Epstein’s network. Mossad allegedly used this route to pressure them into accepting its demands.

The Hanzala group stated that today it published 265 pages of Shai’s contacts, financial partners, and confidential communications on its website, and shared all related financial network information in resistance countries with allied intelligence services.

🇮🇷 | Mr. Araghchi, Iranian Foreign Minister, in an exclusive interview with an Indian media outlet, expressed appreciation for India’s warm hospitality and praised the organization of the BRICS Foreign Ministers’ meeting, calling it one of the best BRICS ministerial sessions.

He stated that Iran had the opportunity to present its position, particularly after what he described as an “aggressive war imposed by the United States and israel.” He thanked BRICS members for condemning the attack as a violation of international law and the UN Charter, and said discussions in the meeting largely focused on developments in West Asia.

Mr. Araghchi emphasized that BRICS should continue its work based on shared principles and that diplomacy remains the only viable path forward in West Asia. He argued that the United States must recognize that military solutions have failed, noting repeated confrontations that, in his view, proved this reality.

He also highlighted inconsistencies in US messaging and said Iran was not responsible for the tensions around the Strait of Hormuz, stressing that Iran is acting in self-defense. He added that the strait is not closed to friendly nations, but passage for what he described as “enemy states” requires coordination with Iranian military forces to ensure safe transit.

Mr. Araghchi concluded that the only solution is a complete end to the war, after which Iran would guarantee safe passage for all shipping.

🇮🇷 | Statement by Sunni scholars in support of continued smart management and control of the Strait of Hormuz:

Sunni scholars of Sistan and Baluchestan province, in a statement supporting the continued smart management and control of the Strait of Hormuz, said that restricting access to the strait for hostile forces should be considered a form of preemptive defense and a factor in strengthening national security.

The statement reads that the Strait of Hormuz is not an international waterway granting unconditional access to any aggressive state, but is instead located within Iran’s territorial waters and linked to the strategic position of the islands of Abu Musa, Greater Tunb, and Lesser Tunb. It further emphasizes that, in principle, the owner of a house holds its key.

According to the religious and customary view expressed by these Sunni scholars, in a situation where the country is under attack from multiple directions, the principle of legitimate defense and the jurisprudential rule of “no harm and no harming” justify the right to manage maritime traffic in the Strait of Hormuz in order to strengthen security and prevent the entry of vessels linked to hostile states into the Persian Gulf.

The Sunni scholars of Sistan and Baluchestan also expressed readiness, alongside Sunni tribes along the Makran coast, to support the IRGC Navy and the Army if required.

They further described certain political authorities in some Persian Gulf littoral states as acting against regional security, stating that allowing foreign military use of their territory constitutes a breach of good neighborly conduct and a threat to collective regional stability.

🇮🇷 | Dr. Abbas Araghchi in New Delhi: (1/4):

In fact, this was the second time we had begun negotiations with the United States, but right in the middle of the talks, at the height of the diplomatic process, they decided to attack us, and that was deeply regrettable.

We appreciate all the countries that condemned this attack. We are also grateful to the government and people of India for expressing solidarity and sympathy with the people of Iran, and we value the humanitarian assistance that the Indian government provided as a sign of solidarity. This means a great deal to us.

As you know, we are now in a ceasefire situation. Although this ceasefire is very fragile, we are trying to preserve it so that diplomacy may have a chance and a diplomatic, negotiated solution can be reached.

In reality, there is no military solution regarding Iran. They have tested us many times, but we have never surrendered to pressure or threats, and we have resisted every form of aggression and coercion. We have also stood firm against sanctions.

For more than forty years, our country and people have been subjected to severe and unjust American sanctions, yet these sanctions have neither changed our will nor altered our policies.

The people of Iran respond only to the language of respect. Whenever we have been addressed with respect, diplomacy, and negotiation, we have responded positively in return and welcomed diplomatic solutions.

Now, after forty days of war, when the United States became disappointed in achieving its objectives through aggression against Iran, it once again proposed negotiations. We are interested in negotiations, but only if the other side is serious and genuinely seeking real talks.

We do not trust the Americans. This is a reality, and it is the greatest obstacle in the path of any diplomatic effort. Everyone knows that we have many reasons not to trust the United States, whereas they have no reason to distrust us.

In 2015, together with the United States, the other members of the Security Council, and Germany, we reached the nuclear agreement known as the JCPOA. We negotiated for more than two years and arrived at a very good agreement, one that the world celebrated as an achievement for diplomacy.

However, only one year after its implementation, the new American administration, during Trump’s first presidency, withdrew from the agreement without any justification or reason, even though Iran had fully complied with all of its commitments.

Then we entered negotiations once again. After several rounds of talks, they decided to attack us, and a twelve-day war occurred. This year, they again proposed negotiations, and we held three rounds of talks, first in Muscat and then two rounds in Geneva.

The last round of negotiations was held on February 26. Oman’s foreign minister, my dear friend Badr Albusaidi who was acting as mediator, announced in a message that significant progress had been achieved. Before publishing that message, he had shown its text to both the Iranian and American delegations, and the American delegation also confirmed that considerable progress had been made and expressed hope that a final agreement would soon be reached.

But only two days later, on February 28, they, together with Israel, committed aggression against our people.

Therefore, the most important issue right now is the matter of trust. We simply cannot trust the Americans. For this reason, everything must be defined precisely, clearly, and transparently if an agreement is to be possible.

We resisted a very heavy war against our people, and they failed to achieve their objectives. It is clear that whatever they could not obtain through military means, they will not obtain through the negotiating table either, unless a win-win solution is achieved.

At present, negotiations suffer from a lack of trust, as well as from the contradictory messages we receive from the Americans. Every day a new message is presented.

Sometimes even two different messages are issued on the same day, and this itself is a major problem that deepens mistrust.

We also know that there are people trying to derail the path of diplomacy, warmongers who want to drag the United States into yet another war. I hope that in the end, reason and diplomacy will prevail and that we will be able to reach a negotiated solution through dialogue, because there is no solution other than negotiation.

What matters to us is the good relationship between Iran and India, a relationship rooted in the long historical, political, economic, and cultural ties between the two countries, and we are determined to continue and strengthen these relations.

Iran has never sought nuclear weapons, and it proved this by signing the 2015 agreement. Iran’s nuclear program has been peaceful, and Iran has always been prepared to build confidence in order to demonstrate its peaceful nature.

From Iran’s perspective, the Strait of Hormuz is open, and all ships are able to pass through it, except for vessels belonging to countries that are at war with Iran. Such ships must coordinate with Iranian military forces in order to pass safely and avoid potential dangers such as mines or other obstacles.

Just as Iran has assisted a number of Indian ships in ensuring safe passage, it is prepared to help all vessels seeking secure and reliable transit. Ensuring the security of maritime passage is both a policy of Iran and aligned with Iran’s own interests.

Of course, due to the American aggression and the insecurity created in the region, conditions are not the same as before. However, if these acts of aggression come to an end, the situation will return to normal, and Iran, together with Oman, will coordinate to guarantee the safe passage of all ships through the Strait of Hormuz.

As everyone knows, Iran and Oman are the two coastal states on opposite sides of the Strait of Hormuz, and the strait lies within the territorial waters of the two countries, with no international waters between them. Therefore, management of this route should be carried out by Iran and Oman. At present, the two countries are consulting with one another in order to establish an appropriate mechanism for the future administration of the Strait of Hormuz and to guarantee the safe passage of all vessels through it.

Israel has been criticized over its aggression in Gaza and the illegal occupation of Palestinian territory, but it was said that one member country had reservations or objections regarding this matter. Can we know which country that was? Also, the statement made no reference to the aggression by the United States and Israel against Iran. Why is that?”

You should ask the chair of this meeting that question. It is not my responsibility to answer it, but I think everyone knows which country prevented any position from being taken against Israel, and that was deeply regrettable.

That same country also assisted the United States and Israel in their attack and aggression against Iran. It provided its airspace, territory, and military bases to American and Israeli forces. From our perspective, that country was directly complicit in this aggression and should be held accountable.

Yesterday, I had a short but very good conversation with Prime Minister Modi, and today we also held a detailed meeting with the Foreign Minister, Mr. Jaishankar.

We discussed nearly all issues, including the Strait of Hormuz and the situation in the Persian Gulf region. I must say that our positions are largely close to one another, and we share common concerns and interests in this important region.

We will continue coordinating with our Indian counterparts. As I said, the situation in the Strait of Hormuz is currently very complicated, and we are trying to help ships pass safely and securely.

As soon as the aggression fully comes to an end, conditions will return to normal.

India was once one of the buyers of Iranian oil, but this process stopped because of American sanctions, specifically the unilateral and illegal sanctions imposed by the United States.

Naturally, we are interested in continuing our oil and energy cooperation and are prepared to sell oil to India. Of course, we understand India’s considerations and the consequences of American sanctions, and we do not have an issue with that. The final decision rests with the Indian government.

However, I believe that as soon as the sanctions are lifted, we can immediately return to the same level of trade we had in the past. Before the sanctions, the volume of trade between Iran and India exceeded 20 billion dollars.

At present, this figure has declined significantly, though it still remains at several billion dollars. Iran and India have always maintained good trade and economic relations, and I am confident that the potential for cooperation between the two countries is very high. After sanctions are lifted, we can return not only to previous levels, but even to levels beyond them.

Yesterday, I had a very good meeting with Sergey Lavrov. I should say that we have always remained in consultation with our Russian friends. We have very good relations with Russia, there is a strategic partnership between our two countries, and we have consistently consulted each other on international, regional, and bilateral issues.

About ten days ago, less than two weeks ago, I met President Putin in St. Petersburg, and we discussed all issues, including the matter you referred to.

We appreciate our Russian friends for their proposal and their willingness to help resolve this issue regarding the materials. Of course, this is something that must be decided during the course of negotiations.

The issue of our enriched materials is a highly complicated matter, and we have now reached the conclusion with the Americans that, since we are almost at a deadlock on this particular issue, it is better to postpone its examination to later stages of the negotiations.

Therefore, for the moment, this issue is not on the agenda of talks or negotiations, but we will address it in later stages. When we reach that stage, naturally we will hold further consultations with Russia to see whether the Russian proposal can help resolve the matter or not.

The most important issue is the mistrust, or lack of trust, on Iran’s side toward the United States, and the reasons for this mistrust have already been explained.

Another problem is the contradictory messages we receive from the United States, which have caused us to doubt their true intentions. In these negotiations, we have doubts regarding the seriousness of the American side, but whenever we feel they are serious and prepared to reach a fair and balanced agreement, we will certainly continue along the path of negotiations.

In fact, part of the final statement of the BRICS foreign ministers’ meeting was blocked by one of the member countries that has special relations with Israel, and this was deeply regrettable.

We do not have any particular problem with that country, and that country was not our target during the recent war. We only targeted American military bases and facilities that unfortunately are located on that country’s territory.

The only reason for blocking the final statement was that country’s support for Israel and the United States in the aggression against Iran, and this was very disappointing.

I hope that by the time the leaders’ summit is held, they will come to properly understand that Iran is their neighbor. We have lived side by side for centuries, and in the future we must continue to live alongside one another.

Israel cannot protect them, and the United States is also incapable of guaranteeing their security. This issue was proven during the course of this very war. American military bases and their relations with Israel, instead of being a source of security, turned into a source of insecurity.

These are realities they must understand, and I am confident that if they follow the path of rationality, they will find Iran to be a good neighbor and partner.

The mediation process has not failed so far, but it is moving along a difficult path, mainly because of American behavior and the mistrust that exists between the two sides.

We welcome any country that can help the process of resolution, especially China. China also played a positive role in the restoration of relations between Iran and Saudi Arabia in the past.

We have very good relations with China, and the two countries are strategic partners. We know that the Chinese have good intentions, and therefore any effort they make to help diplomacy will be welcomed by the Islamic Republic of Iran.

We also hope that with progress in the negotiations, we will reach a desirable outcome so that the Strait of Hormuz becomes completely secure and the movement of ships returns to normal conditions more quickly.

The Port of Chabahar is one of the symbols of cooperation between Iran and India, and we are very pleased that the Indians have played an important role in the development of this port.

At present, the process of developing the port has slowed somewhat because of American sanctions, but I am confident that Chabahar can become a golden gateway for India’s access to Central Asia, the Caucasus, and then onward to Europe through this transit corridor. Likewise, the port provides European countries, Central Asian states, and others with access to the Indian Ocean.

Chabahar is a highly strategic and important port for Iran, India, and many other countries. For this reason, I hope India continues its activities at the Port of Chabahar so that the port can be fully developed and serve the interests of India and other countries in the region.

I believe India, given its credibility and strong international standing, can play a more significant role in this region in support of diplomacy, peace, and the strengthening of security.

India maintains friendly relations with nearly all the countries along the Persian Gulf, both in the north and the south. Therefore, we welcome any positive and constructive role that India may play in this region.

| With the ongoing scenario, it can be confirmed that Trump’s visit to China was not merely confined to broader trade deal and diplomatic concerns, but was also largely related to Iran. However, for what exact purpose remains unclear. One thing is clear: the ongoing negotiation demands are not being fully rejected, and in order to escape the dead end created by multiple strengthening factors from Iran, ranging from its military to its political and social power, the Americans are aware of what the consequences of prolonging the war could be.

The war, which has now resulted in various global crises, cannot be continued easily. Trump’s visit to China was somehow preplanned months ago, but its implementation was reportedly timed in a way that would favor the Americans. Of course, China will not betray Iran, but it could act as a guarantor in dealing with Iranian issues. Trump, in his remarks, said that China could be a good guarantor, followed by an exposition from Mr. Araghchi in New Delhi where Iran spoke about talks with Russia regarding the transfer of HEU. This was somewhat shocking because Iran had regularly denied such possibilities, and this exposition is also raising questions about the credibility of the foreign minister’s rhetoric.

However, it is clear that the foreign minister made many things transparent with the passage of time. Maybe it was dependent upon the outcome of the China-US talks. So, as of now, we can take it that Iran may agree to halt its enrichment and transfer it to Russia under the terms and guarantees of China and Russia, while in return Iran would get what it has demanded.

Anyway, all these developments are interrelated and overlap with Israeli threats to resume the war and Trump’s intention to place the entire uranium issue under American supervision. Whatever it may be, it will meet with Iran’s proper stance, and further developments remain to be seen.
