Greetings to our steadfast and patient Palestinian people on their land, Palestine, and the land of Gaza. We salute our people, pray for the speedy recovery of our wounded, and pray for mercy upon the martyr Hamza Al-Sharbasi, whose martyrdom was confirmed in the treacherous targeting carried out by the Zionist occupation this evening in the Al-Daraj neighborhood in Gaza City.

This criminal targeting is an extension of the Zionist aggression against our people everywhere, and an extension of the targeting of the Palestinian negotiating delegation that was in the Qatari capital, Doha, on September 9th, because the occupation wants to take what it wants through pressure, killing, and terrorism.

I say to the occupation and to everyone who hears us: we are people of a cause. We will not be intimidated by the killing of children or the martyrdom of leaders. Our children are the children of the Palestinian people, and my son and the son of anyone else are all children of our people without discrimination, and our feelings are one toward them.

So far, Hamza Al-Sharbasi has been martyred, and my son Azzam and a group of others were seriously wounded. We ask Allah for their safety and the safety of all our wounded.

The occupation has always accustomed us to the fact that when its operations fail, it begins to attribute them to other things here and there. If my son were martyred, it would claim he was targeted and attach any accusation to him. If my son is the primary target, that is an honor for me, for him, and for all the Palestinian people. If someone else is the target, then all the Palestinian people are targeted.

All those targeted are my children and brothers, and all the children of my people. Our blood and souls are one, and our future and destiny are one.

This is the direct political message of the occupation, and the military message is that no one is above being targeted; all the Palestinian people are targeted and wanted by the occupation.

Our people will not let these crimes pass and will not surrender. We are patient, steadfast, and rooted in our land.

The “Israeli” occupation is a rogue entity that rebels against all agreements and resolutions. The ceasefire, decided upon by President Trump, was supposed to take effect on October 10, 2025. However, for seven months now, we have seen more than 850 martyrs from our Palestinian people and thousands of wounded. All the starvation operations, the drip-feeding of aid, and the restrictions on crossings are violations. We have long submitted daily reports to the mediators and the guarantors, but the occupation disregards all these reports and continues acting unilaterally.

What the occupation is doing places the mediators and guarantors before their responsibilities, primarily the Americans who guaranteed this agreement.

🧑‍⚖️ Crackdown on Shi'a Muslims and anti-Zionists in the west in parallel to the war on Iran?

At the beginning of the war, Basira Press Editor-in-Chief Ali Salaam was de-banked in the US. He used a smaller credit union (a lesser evil within the US financial system compared to commercial banks) and they informed him in early March that they are closing down his accounts due to being "too high risk" for their institution to handle.

Mr. Salaam is a US citizen and is meticulous in not violating laws such as sanctions. It is only illegal to fund and/or join/recruit for proscribed groups — it is not illegal to take a moral, intellectual, artistic, academic, etc. position in favor of proscribed groups. It is not illegal to publish academic and artistic material about proscribed groups. It's not illegal to wake up to the Zionist media's lies and have a realistic and ethically-sound view of world issues. None of what he has done in life is illegal, even according to the unjust, hypocritical laws of the Satanic powers.

Have any Epstein clients been deemed "high risk" and had their accounts shut down? Les Wexner, Leon Black, and Howard Lutnick? Or should people who oppose the Epstein class be punished by having the basic logistical ability to earn a living and support their families be shut down?

Mr. Salaam is being punished for taking a similar stance as the prophets Abraham, Moses, John the Baptist, Jesus, and Muhammad, peace be upon them all, for standing against tyranny, bloodshed, and corruption. This is an inseparable part of the Shi'a faith and the faith of anyone who wishes to live according to the prophetic traditions.

It is possible other Shi'a Muslims have faced similar scrutiny and arbitrary punishment since the start of the aggression against Iran. They should speak up and seek legal action against the US government and private corporations (who are influenced by the US government behind-the-scenes to do things like shut down bank/credit union accounts).

Basira Press was also targeted in a report by an irrelevant think tank that exists only to provide investigations to intelligence agencies. This report was also issued following the onset of the war.

It attempted to claim that several activist groups are secretly controlled by Iran because *gasp* they retweet Press TV sometimes.

They then tried to accuse some independent media outlets of being controlled by Iran. Their proof? Those outlets have writers who also write for "Press TV, Al Mayadeen, and Basira Press." In that order. They lumped us in next to two media outlets which are much more popular than our humble outlet. Additionally, we are independent and not state-funded.

They are using our name to accuse others of being controlled by Iran, even though we are independent and not state-affiliated. What are we, the IRGC overlords of other independent outlets?

They want to imply that we are agents of the Iranian state. We are agents of the heavenly kingdom of God, you Zionist numbskulls. That is much greater than an earthly nation-state. Wilayat (guardianship with governing authority) is something that is beyond this physical realm and isn't confined to a material entity like a nation-state. We also serve God and His representatives out of conviction and faith, not for the sake of money. We have no ties to the Iranian nation-state, but we and all other believing Shi'a Muslims do have ties to the wilayat of God, the Prophet Muhammad (S), and his successors, the Imams of the Ahlul Bayt (a), in that we are their humble servants who seek to complete their mission of establishing divine rule on earth and eliminating Satanic despots.
