The negotiations ultimately collapsed. It was concluded that Iran has no plan for the next round of talks, as the process ended without agreement. The Iranian negotiating team, acting as representatives of the people, maintained that national achievements and fundamental rights were fully safeguarded throughout the process.

The American side was seeking an excuse to leave the negotiation table. The report stated that while the United States needed the talks for its international image, it was unwilling to adjust its demands despite a clear political and military deadlock. The talks were described as having hit a firm Iranian wall, with the American side insisting on “surrender clauses” that Tehran firmly rejected.

Iran engaged in nearly 21 hours of intensive negotiations, defending its political, military, and nuclear rights, and blocking US demands related to concessions on the Strait of Hormuz and nuclear materials. Iran also presented alternative frameworks, but the US approach prevented any agreement. IRIB News Agency confirmed that the negotiations concluded after hours of discussion, with American overreach identified as the main reason for failure. Key points of disagreement included the Strait of Hormuz, nuclear rights, sanctions, war reparations, and broader regional security arrangements. Despite mediation efforts and continuous exchanges through Pakistan, no final framework was reached, and Iranian officials reiterated that diplomacy would continue only on the basis of mutual respect and recognition of national rights.

Throughout the process in Islamabad, discussions remained intense and continuous, with technical teams exchanging messages through the Pakistani mediator. Negotiators worked through complex drafting stages and attempted to establish a common framework, but core disputes remained unresolved. Iran maintained that its military and nuclear achievements were non-negotiable, while US demands were described by Iranian sources as excessive and aimed at deep concessions. Although there were moments of perceived progress in technical discussions, momentum repeatedly stalled due to American demands, and external narratives were sometimes said to exaggerate positive developments.

Even as talks neared their conclusion, indirect communication continued through intermediaries, but the fundamental differences were never bridged, leading to a deadlock and the collapse of the third round.

A brief report by Esmaeil Baghaei, spokesperson for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, stated: “Diplomacy for us is the continuation of the sacred struggle of defenders of the land of Iran. We have not forgotten and will not forget the experience of America’s betrayals and malicious acts, just as we will not forgive their crimes and those of the Zionist regime during the second and third imposed wars.” The Iranian delegation presented various initiatives during the negotiations, but the Americans prevented progress. After the talks, Vance stated that no agreement had been reached, saying: “We’ve had a number of substantive discussions with the Iranians. That’s the good news. The bad news is that we have not reached an agreement and I think that’s bad news for Iran much more than it’s bad news for the United States of America.”

The Islamic Republic of Iran stated that it remains determined to use all tools, including diplomacy, to secure national interests and protect the country’s welfare. Discussions over the past period included the Strait of Hormuz, nuclear issues, sanctions relief, war reparations, and a complete cessation of war in the region. Iran emphasized that the success of any diplomatic process depends on the seriousness and good faith of the other side and respect for its legitimate rights, while also thanking the government and people of Pakistan for hosting and facilitating the talks.

✅ | After 21 hours of negotiations and intense hard work carried out by Iranian officials, as we mentioned, the talks reached a deadlock, and ultimately the Americans left when they were unable to break the Iranian position. In one sense, this can be described as another Iranian victory.

Meanwhile, parallel to the negotiations, a significant amount of war material was being gathered in the region, with Pakistani jets in Saudi Arabia, bombings in Lebanon, reports of mass arrests of Shiite elites in Kuwait, and widespread arrests and assaults against the Shiites of Qatif by the Saudi occupation. There are also fabricated charges against Syrians under the Julani administration, accusing them of being trained by Hezbollah and planning to attack a Zionist rabbi, as well as activation of a "Mossad base" inside Azerbaijan, and pressure from Israelis on Turkey to openly stand against Iran, which confirms that the enemies are now trying to subjugate anyone in the name of fighting Iran.

There are also statements by Sardar Ismail Qaani to the entire Resistance Axis describing it as “unified” and “cohesive,” and a letter from Imam Mujtaba Khamenei to Iraqi resistance leader Shaykh Akram Kaabi stating, “we are a united front,” in the past hours, along with his statement on the 40th day of Imam Ali Khamenei’s martyrdom in which he said, “we consider the Resistance Axis one unit against the [upcoming] threats.”

This confirms that both the enemy and the Resistance Front are preparing for a full-scale war, with the resumption of resistance battles in Gaza as well. The entire Shiite factions and their allied Sunni resistance group (of Palestine) are moving toward a historical regional confrontation from Gaza to Bahrain, Iraq to Iran, supported by street mobilization, media warfare, and backing from free people across the globe.

Once again, be ready for shattering news of martyrdom, but martyrs are not weakness; they are indeed losses which only push forward, not fall down.

✅ | The core Iran was aware of the outcome of the talks, as was America. Both sides have removed the stalemate during the war, which is now ended. Wishing the safe return of our officials; their part is done. The officials have somehow informed and passed the demands and frameworks, which Americans are now aware of. Iran’s updated stance on various points is that it will never surrender.

As of now, Americans consider this battle a decided point for their future. Iran, as its martyred leader, has somehow reached the point where his own sacrifice will give Iran the ground to overcome what was once considered impossible. A decisive turning point is now required for any agreement—The neck needs a knife for the agreement.

Iran’s allies in Yemen (Ansarallah) have already demonstrated their ability to shut down the Bab al-Mandeb Strait from 2023 to 2025 in response to the Israeli genocide in Gaza, which both Biden and Trump attempted to reopen but failed, miserably.
