As of now; Iran has not sent any negotiating team unless Lebanon is included as part of the ceasefire. The flights that were tracked were related to technological and diplomatic teams, not official delegations.
Now we have to see how the impossible becomes possible, meaning how Netanyahu (=Trump) takes steps back in the case of Lebanon and accepts what Iran wants.
How will Iran manage “direct” negotiations?
