With greetings to the pure soul of the late Imam, and the luminous and heavenly soul of the martyred leader of the الأمة and the master of the martyrs of the Islamic Revolution, and the pure and sanctified souls of the esteemed martyrs from all segments of the people and the fighters of Islam in the armed forces; and with salutations to the Supreme Commander-in-Chief, Ayatollah Seyyed Mojtaba Khamenei (may his shadow endure), and with condolences and sympathy to the honorable families of the martyrs.

Forty days of steadfastness, resistance, and conscious presence of the people, along with the relentless struggle of the brave and proud sons of the nation against the clear and unlawful aggression of the American-Zionist enemies against our homeland, Iran, ultimately forced them to accept the proposed conditions of the Islamic Republic of Iran and surrender.

After the imposed 12-day war in June 1404, the fighters of Islam, following the heavy blows inflicted upon the enemy, and carrying the experience of 47 years and this 12-day sacred defense, while maintaining complete distrust of the enemy, prepared themselves for a more crushing, prolonged, and expansive war.

Following the failure of the enemy in the American-Zionist sedition in January 1404, the enemies began another aggression on the 9th of Esfand, during which our dearer-than-life leader, along with a number of commanders and a group of civilians, were martyred. The armed forces, immediately drawing upon the prior commands and strategies of the martyred Imam of the Ummah, launched a swift, heavy, and crushing assault against the enemies, such that they had never expected such strength and authority from Iran’s armed forces.

With each passing day of the war, the American and Zionist enemies faced more severe, devastating, and breaking blows, along with new surprises. The scope of the war spread across the region.

Through the initiative of Iran’s powerful armed forces, control of the war was taken out of the hands of the weak enemy, leaving them with nothing but heavy casualties, numerous military deaths, and widespread infrastructural damage.

The nation’s brave armed forces—including the Army, the IRGC, law enforcement units, defense industry personnel, and courageous Basij fighters and tribes—together with the active support and presence of the people in streets and public squares, carried out forty days of strong defense and decisive offensive operations. They struck the bases and deployment centers of the U.S. military in the region, as well as the forces of the Zionist regime in the occupied territories, targeting their critical military, security, economic, and financial infrastructure.

These operations humiliated and weakened the American and Zionist adversaries, and by inflicting substantial losses and casualties, they demonstrated that a strong Iran is capable of confronting any enemy at any level, compelling them to retreat and submit.

With divine support and the backing of the resistant, aware, and courageous people, the fighters of Islam presented a model to the world and proved that the cost of resistance against the most arrogant and rebellious power in the world, the United States, is far less than compromise. This resistance, combined with continuous offensives, stripped away the artificial image of power from the criminal U.S. military and the child-killing Zionist regime, revealing their true face, humiliation, weakness, and inability before the divine will and the forces of God.

The firm will of the armed forces, arising from deep trust and unwavering faith in Almighty God, together with the support of the unparalleled, honorable, and faithful people of the country, has proven that the weapons, equipment, and advanced technology of the armies of evil are ineffective against it.

Such advanced tools and equipment become effective, pride-creating, and victory-producing when placed in the hands of faithful and devoted Muslim fighters.

We once again declare:

With distrust toward the American and Zionist enemies, we are closely monitoring all their movements in the region, and in the event of any further mistake by them, we will respond in a more devastating and deadly manner than before.

We manage the Strait of Hormuz through initiative and control it intelligently.

For the umpteenth time, we state that we are not and will not be a threat to the countries of the region, and we recommend that Muslim governments and nations trust the Islamic Republic of Iran and cooperate in efforts to expel the primary source of instability in the region and the world, the U.S. military.

The armed forces will take advantage of every opportunity to enhance their defensive power, and with the withdrawal of hostile forces from the region, they will employ all capabilities to establish order and security in the Persian Gulf and international waterways, and guarantee regional security.

While expressing appreciation for the efforts of the fighters of the resistance front in the recent imposed war, we will continue, as in the past, to support the resistance front in Lebanon, Palestine, Yemen, and Iraq.

We consider the United States a partner in any aggression, violation, or attack carried out by the Zionist regime against the Islamic Republic of Iran and its interests, and we will respond decisively.

We ask the aware, resilient, and ever-present people to continue, as before, maintaining their presence in squares and streets in the coming nights, and to discourage the enemies of a powerful Iran and its brave nation from any acts of sedition.

1. Sanctions will not be lifted; at most, there will be a minor reduction.

2. Hezbollah was never part of the agreement.

3. Vance will not go to Pakistan; negotiate with Kushner instead.

4. Any revenue collected from the Strait of Hormuz should also be shared with the U.S.

5. Iran cannot have enrichment, even though the Persian text falsely claims it was part of the conditions.

However, it has been confirmed that these claims are shallow, and Iran will not be deceived. It is essentially a joke from the American side. Iran will not fall for it. Be confident that this will mark another defeat for Trump and his shameful actions: Iran will not accept anything temporary, partial, short-term, or superficial.

🇮🇷 | BREAKING — Statement from Iranian Parliament Speaker Mohammed Bagher-Ghalibaf regarding the violations of the US-Iran ceasefire:

From the beginning, we have followed the ongoing process with distrust, and as expected, the United States violated its commitments even before negotiations began.

As clearly stated by the U.S. President, the ten-point initiative presented by the Islamic Republic of Iran serves as the foundation and practical framework for these talks. However, three points of this proposal have already been breached:

1. Violation of the first point regarding an immediate ceasefire in Lebanon, which Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif explicitly acknowledged as a “total and immediate ceasefire everywhere, including Lebanon and other areas.”

2. Entry of an attacking drone into Iranian airspace, which was destroyed in the city of Lar in Fars province, breaching the provision prohibiting any new aggression in Iranian airspace.

3. Denial of Iran’s right to nuclear enrichment, which is explicitly stated in point six of the framework.

Even this basic negotiation framework has been flagrantly violated in three of its main points before talks have even started.

Under these circumstances, there is no meaningful purpose for either a mutual ceasefire or negotiations.
