Following the very heavy defeat of the American aggressor army early today in southern Isfahan, and after the enemy attacks on the B1 Bridge in Karaj and the Mahshahr petrochemical industries, in addition to armed forces operations against specific military targets, a retaliatory operation in response to these blatant aggressions was launched as part of Wave 96 of the True Promise 4 Operation, under the sacred code “Ya Ruqayyah (S).”

During a joint operation by the IRGC Navy and Aerospace Forces, the first phase of response was carried out by this morning, targeting Zionist and American objectives across the region, as follows:

1. Attack on the refinery supplying fuel to the Zionist regime’s fighter jets, resulting in the destruction of its main sections.

2. Attack on U.S. gas facilities of ExxonMobil and Chevron located in Habshan, UAE.

3. Missile strike on a U.S. petrochemical facility producing fuel for U.S. armed forces and military products for the Zionist regime in Al Ruwais, UAE, causing a large fire.

4. Heavy drone attack on the U.S. Sitra petrochemical facility in Bahrain, causing widespread fire and destruction of key sections critical for producing petroleum derivatives needed by the U.S. military.

5. Attack on the U.S. Shuaiba petrochemical facilities in Kuwait, resulting in a massive fire and complete shutdown of this complex cooperating with U.S. armed forces.

In Wave 97 of the True Promise 4 Operation, under the blessed code “Ya Qasim ibn al-Hasan (A),” IRGC Navy forces struck multiple key targets of American–Zionist terrorists and their assets in the Persian Gulf and surrounding countries:

1. Destruction of the gathering of American commanders and officers near the Mohammed Al-Ahmad naval base in Kuwait using ballistic missiles and precision strike drones.

2. Reports indicate that during the IRGC Navy strike yesterday on U.S. forces in the UAE, 25 personnel were confirmed killed or injured.

3. Zionist vessel “King Dao Star” in Jebel Ali port, UAE, was hit precisely by a Qadir naval cruise missile and is currently burning.

4. To control the Strait of Hormuz, several vessels were prevented from entering or exiting due to lack of transit permits and directed to eastern and western anchorage points of the strategic strait.

5. The industrial area associated with the Zionist army in Beersheba was targeted by IRGC Aerospace Force fighters in retaliation for the Zionist regime’s actions.

Early today, defenders of the Islamic Republic of Iran, in response to the crimes of American–Zionist enemies, targeted petrochemical industries and oil product storage facilities in southern occupied territories near Dimona, as well as warehouses, satellite communication units, and U.S. military headquarters in Bubiyan, Kuwait, with drone strikes.

The targeted warehouses contained ammunition, missile systems like HIMARS, and communications and surveillance facilities of U.S. forces.

After repeated attacks and significant damage to the Arifjan base in Kuwait, the U.S. established a new camp on Bubiyan Island, deploying satellite communication, monitoring, and command centers to continue its aggression against Iran. These facilities were recently struck in the IRGC’s drone operations.

Defenders of the country’s airspace in the Army and IRGC, under the control of the integrated national air defense network, successfully shot down an MQ-9 drone over Isfahan and a Lucas drone near Khark Island.

With these interceptions, the total number of drones destroyed by Iran’s integrated air defense network reached 163.

Iran has repeatedly stated that any attack on civilian targets will be met with a multiplied response against enemy interests anywhere in the region.

If attacks on civilian targets are repeated, subsequent phases of offensive and retaliatory operations will be far more forceful and extensive, and the resulting damage will be multiplied.
