The picture appears to be AI-generated for several reasons. The CCTV camera angle seems altered, the chair appears larger than in reality, and the color of the bookshelf is different. Overall, the image bears the characteristics of AI generation.

Additionally, Imam was not present in this room but in a different hall, whose picture was officially released by the office.

Press TV and other media outlets should exercise caution in posting fabricated images and, along with Tasnim (which twice falsely reported the whereabouts of Imam Khamenei and Dr. Ali Larijani), Mehr News (which reported the confirmation of the attack on Gracia Island), and Fars Media (which regularly posts fake and unverified news), sadly important channels like Al-Mayadeen, who rely on these Iranian sources, fell into it, including many of us, and us too. It is a request to verify authenticity to avoid spreading fake news. Repeating unverified claims damages trust and endangers the integrity of media coverage. This serves as a strong warning to you all—be serious and professional!

The chair in which Imam is sitting while meeting the honorable Sayyid of Nigeria is clearly a standard size, whereas in the Press TV's fake-now deleted release, the chair appears taller. Also the bookshelf is white in color, not grey.
