Two subwaves of Wave82 of OPT4 were launched by Iran followed drone attacks by Hezhollah. Fire was observed near a building on Hambarba Street in Jerusalem, with coordinates identified, while sirens sounded repeatedly across Jerusalem, Tel Aviv, Ashdod, Haifa, and surrounding areas due to incoming missile threats.

Iranian missile waves targeted northern and central regions, including Haifa, the Kiryat area, Kiryat Shmona, Qaysaria, and the Upper Galilee. Explosions were heard in Jerusalem and other locations, with reports of a cluster missile heading toward Haifa and direct impacts in the north and Galilee. Hezbollah rocket fire and drone infiltration threats extended to areas near Lake Tiberias, while interception debris reportedly fell in multiple locations, causing additional damage.

In Beit Shemesh, a fire broke out in an empty passenger bus following an impact, and further damage was reported from falling projectiles in surrounding areas. Haifa reportedly experienced multiple strikes, including reports of casualties, while additional impacts were noted across northern regions. Drone operations, attributed to Hezbollah, continued without interruption, targeting multiple zones including Kiryat Shmona and its surroundings.

In Lebanon, intense battles were reported in Khiam, Deir Siryan, and along the road to Al-Qantara, involving small arms, medium weapons, and rocket-propelled grenades, with confirmed casualties and continued engagements. Additional rocket barrages targeted military sites such as Muskaf Am.
